Scammers. They sell a cheap $59.95 inspection that I just wanted to check out - mainly because I couldn't believe it could make money for them. I had my HVAC unit serviced recently and these guys did the old bait-n-switch routine. The service tech, 1.5 hrs late, although very polite, showed me ""numerous areas"" where it was leaking Freon - ironically a week earlier the unit was loaded, tested, and worked great. He even showed me an area of oil which was a visual indicator of a leak. That wasn't there a week ago. Some hand-held noisemaker backed up his ""assessment"". I sure hope he didn't actually mess up the coil or heat pump in his attempt to sell me on more services. When I told him, ""thanks but you can just leave, you don't need to mess with the heat pump"" he refused to leave and said it was his job! I don't trust a company that won't provide you an email address. They only take phone calls and are very pushy with their scheduling.

Stay very, very far away from this company. The reviews indicating horrible customer service are accurate! The staff in the office are rude! The technicians are not competent! I paid $7,100.00 for a new A. C. system and it originally did not work after installation. They came back later that evening after my insisting that they get it working and I was told to ""let it circulate"". The second day, I asked for service and I was told by their dispatch that they were working on it and she asked me if I would rather they be getting parts or giving me updates. Rude! The brand new unit had a part replaced and the unit has leaked ever since! The unit has water stains around it and the filter is rusting from the leak inside the unit and it is a brand new Trane system! They glued the filter door shut and it had to be pried open with a utility knife. The owner, James Harris, actually had the nerve to tell the BBB that he thought I was pouring water on the air handler platform. It failed the City inspection that I scheduled, because they abandoned the job! I have never seen a more unprofessional or unethical company in my life. I have filed complaints with Trane, BBB, DBPR, Synchrony Bank, and the FTC. Anyone who is experiencing these same issues with them should file against their business license with the DBPR. I found out they are already on probation! Their sales tech lied and told me I needed a larger size system, to sell a bigger unit. Unfortunately I believed him and now I have an oversized system that has raised my electric bill and is noisy due to not matching the existing duct work. They then tried to convince me that to solve this problem, I should install all new duct work for thousands more! I have been told by another company that having an oversized unit will cause the system to short cycle, deteriorating the life of the compressor and will not remove the humidity from my home, since the unit will not run long enough to remove the moisture. The owner came to my home at 5am one morning while my home was dark, without an appointment and banged on my front door with his fist while I was still asleep... This was after I filed the complaint with the BBB. He told me the unit was working perfectly, even though there was standing water in front of the air handler that was clearly visible. This is the most awful company. They lie to sell systems, no show for appointments, will tell you the owner, James Harris ""JD"", is not available to take your call and then you can hear him speaking to the staff ( since they love to put you on speaker and mute while they talk among themselves ). I cannot express strongly enough to STAY AWAY from this company. I wish I had read these reviews before I selected a company to replace my A.C. system. I have also read reviews that people got second opinions and that their systems really didn't need replacing and could be repaired for much less money, so I will always wonder if they pulled that scam on me. Currently, I have a failed mechanical inspection that the City cannot approve because the unit was not installed properly. It is not even level and therefore, can possibly have drainage issues. They have never determined why it leaks. The owner's solution is to ""shim"" the leaking unit, after I have invested over 7,000.00. What a joke! There are other companies that offer lifetime service warranties and sell units for less. I wish I had done research on this. I am getting ready to file suit against this company.

So many issues. We allowed them to replace our entire AC system about 5 years ago then agreed to have them come out to do maintenance every 6 months. But every time they came they had something else that needed to be fixed or repaired on a brand new system. They have missed several appts, and we have had to reschedule which no one has time for. Finally, their office staff seem to be clueless. They just called me to schedule a 6 month appt (its Dec 18) when they were just here on Nov 27. My wife made the appt without my knowing. When I called back to tell the person to cancel the appt and that I didn't appreciate them trying to schedule 6 month maintenance every 1-4 months she informed me it was marketing to which I replied ""I don't care who's fault it it"" and then she hung up on me in mid sentence. I will find someone else to service our AC from here on out.

Pro Mag installed my ac less than 5 years ago. The customer service was great then. Recently, my ac quit working. They sent out 3 different people, 3 different times. Each time there was a guess on what was wrong. I was charged $575 for those visits that didn't fix the real problem. Then, when they figured out what the real problem was, I was charged another $975! I am still waiting for a return call from the GM, John Harris, after calling for 4 days to dispute these charges. Each time I called I got another excuse about why he hasn't returned my call. And, I was told that he's the only one that handles customer service and calls are returned in the order in which they are received. There could be thousands of calls ahead of me! If you choose this company, you will be sorely disappointed by their service and scammed for your money.

The worst service and customer service I have ever experienced.. For 3 weeks I'm trying to schedule and appointment and they never showed up. I was promised on every call I made they will call back and definitely never happened. 3 appointments scheduled and they never showed up... the worth about is how disrespectful is the agent taking the calls.. ""Tera"", talk over while I was talking and instead of trying to assist her answer was ""I cannot do anything for you sir"" and hanged up on me.. Really awful.

If there were a rating below 1, I would have given them. They are complete rip off. Please beware of them. I am in the process of complaining against them to the state attorney general's office. If your AC is not working, please call some local person. They do not send repair people. They send sales people who will convince you that you need to replace the AC. After you agree to purchase and they charge you the money, the rip off starts. They will make sure that you bleed. They operate with immunity. It looks like no one in the state of Florida even dares to touch them. They must be putting money in local politicians campaign funds. PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM! I was cheated by them a significant amount of money and I am still fighting them. I will make sure that they are investigated. I am actually amazed that they are google verified! I agree with Dan W. Once they get paid, they will be rude to you like they don't even know you. Shawn is right that they will not show up at the time given to you.

Once again, if your AC is not working, please call a local repair person and they can fix it.

Just got off the phone with CEO, John Harris. What an insulting a hole, and unprofessional pathetic excuse of a ""CEO"". When they say 1 year labor for a new unit, they are lying. They will still charge you service calls. He can treat me like dirt, but I can post about my experiences with his company. Never in a million years would I expect someone who claims to be a CEO would berate and insult a customer like he did. Go with antoine else and you are going to be better off.

Couldn't show up in 3 hour window. Called to voice concern and was laughed at. Then told I was being disrespectful. They obviously can't handle complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Nor show up on time in a 3 hour window then cancelled. For the record, I did raise my voice but not once was out of hand. They were not apologetic in the least bit and extremely arrogant. One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. Just read the other one star reviews. Wish I would have before I used them. Stay far far away!

No communication whatsoever within the company.

After living in our house for 8 months and approaching summer, we had ProMag out for a service call at the end of April; when our unit was opened up it was full of mold. Also our unit was 12 years old so we decided to have the unit replaced. We also needed the air ducts cleaned due to the mold. They were quick to schedule within that week and worked with us on a finance agreement.

Our system is a 4-zone, but this was not relayed to the techs installing our new unit. The tech was able to by-pass the 4-zone system to get us through the weekend. On Monday, when the tech returned to properly hook-up the 4-zones, he returned with 4 new thermostats at a ridiculous cost. We said we do not want or need 4 new thermostats, they were not installed. Also, during the initial install, the techs put mastic down, did not wait for it to dry and the filter door was glued shut.

Two months go by, our unit stops cooling. Tech comes out, problem is there is a leak in the copper tubing, a costly repair, system is completely iced over. The tubing is replaced. The next day the AC in the mother-in-law suite is not working, tech comes out, he tells us there is air in the new copper coolant lines, they have to be bled, and the filters were not replaced properly on a previous visit. We decide on a time the next day at 3:00 p.m. for the tech to come out to complete the work. He shows up 11ish, we are an hour away from home. We tell the scheduler he was supposed to be there at 3:00, she says OK, he will be back at 3. Another call comes in from a different person, and he says, there is no way a person will be there at 3, very rude. So repair call is now set up for the next day at 9:00. So, my son, who stays in the mother-in-law suite, is now 3 days without air!

The installers are great, always friendly and accommodating, but the schedulers, techs, etc. literally do not communicate with each other on what is happening with their customers. That is so frustrating.

I so wish we had done more research on this company before contracting with them, we would have gone with someone else.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. This place does nothing steal your money. They sent a technician out to service my a/c because it stopped working and my nephew has severe asthma and this tech did not only rip me off by telling me that i needed a new transformer but after he replaced the transformer he said we needed a new thermostat. Now after replacing the thermostat its still not working and they want to charge me $185 to come and install a thermostat that the tech himself told me he could install for $65. This company takes not ownership for their technicians because after i called to speak to a manager they said that it would take 24-48 hrs for the manager to even call and also told me that the tech said we did not have anyone here with any disabilities but he was not aware that there was a little boy in the room with a machine helping him breath! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate!
