Purchased a condo built 1971 and wanted electrician to evaluate electrical system for plumber to install a tankless water heater . The electrician came and said my panel was fine and that he could install an outlet for the electrical water heater but wanted the plumber there at the same time. I told him he could talk to the plumber and I would provide him make and model and that scheduling them both at the same time may not be a possibility. He said my breaker panel was fine and that "" Sure, I can charge you $50-$60 to change out each one of these switches but in my opinion, it's not needed."" I had also requested installation of lights and a ceiling fan and he instructed me to schedule another appointment and he would do it all at one time because it was Friday and he wanted to get home early. He was there from 1109 until 1133 and charged me $125.00 to do nothing including giving me an erroneous Expert opinion. I'm glad that when I called, Prolectric , they did not have electrician available on the day I could get the plumbers to come. I ended up going with Mr Electric. The electrician was very professional and said that he would need to upgrade my whole system to support a tankless water heater. Said that the only way it would be of use if I did not use any other power source like stove, lights, dryer, etc with water of it would constantly trip the breaker. He said that in order to upgrade my electrical, he would need to go through Sheetrock in multiple condo units. Very appreciative of Mr Electric.

Very professional company. ProLectric gave me a free quote over the phone and arrived two days later to conduct the work. The technician was very professional and finished the job in about two hours. ProLectric's quote was far less than another competing local business.

This company did two jobs for me. I was happy at first with the first job that I had then work on a second property. The electrician sent to the second job did horrible work, fought with the other electrician with him, and when I called to convey this, a third electrician was sent to fix his shoots work, which he did. He charged almost $400 more than he told me he was charging my card once the job was complete, so the problem was not that the job was simply more than the estimate. My contractor told me ""don't ever use that company again!"" I needed up having a problem with the first house they did, which as a lay person, I did not foresee. The breaker box is outside the house, and it has been filling up with water, causing fuses to go bad. Apparently, he goes not believe it is his responsibility to make sure the box keeps water out. to make matters worse, mike early felt the need to be insulting, condescending, and even resorted to nasty name calling and cruel accusations about my ""MO"" to get free stuff, argumentative, contentious, and a real pain in the ass when I brought it to his attention. You know what mike? Having to add hours into your contractor bill because you're not able to put your dishwasher in its place because your guy slapped the outlet in crooked and off enter and jutting our from the wall is also a pain in the ass!

The guys that came to work on our house were courteous and VERY knowledgeable.

We had them rewire an area for a dryer unit. Moving our washer and dryer out of the kitchen into the butler's pantry. They did a great job, and loving my new w/d location!

These guys are great. I called them on a Thursday night around 8pm because our electrical mast was partially detached from the side of our house. It wasn't an emergency, but it was something that was going to need to be addressed very soon. Prolectric had a guy at our house around 8am the following morning. He took a look at the problem, suggested a few options and said that they could have the work done by that afternoon. I went to work and, when I got home at 5pm, everything had been taken care of.

Everyone I spoke to from Prolectric was incredibly nice and helpful, and I'll definitely be using these guys for any future electrical work I need done.

Wow, tried my very best to get them to bid on a good sized project and just totally ineffective, asking same questions over and over again, non responsive after phone call after phone call, email after email. Went with Oglesbee Electric, much happier with them!
