ProLectric, LLC first opened its doors as Beacon Electrical Service in April 2009.

A little context can be beneficial. Our journey began in April 2009. Initially, we operated under the name Beacon Electrical Service. Out of the blue, we received correspondence from another firm that had the same name. We learned that another company had reserved that name for use in Texas. Luckily, they were kind enough to provide us with time to change our name.

We officially became ProLectric, LLC in March 2010. This scenario could be daunting for many small business owners. However, we remained undeterred. Our love for our craft fueled our determination, and even with the hurdles of rebranding, we opted to flourish.

Jimmy Bankston leads ProLectric as its owner. As a Marine Corps veteran, he brings a strong work ethic to the business. He has advanced from being an electrician's helper to achieving the status of Master Electrician and small business owner. He brings extensive experience and knowledge, striving to be the leading electrician in Galveston and Harris County.
