James came out to give us an estimate. He discussed all the options to have outlets and lighting placed in my barn. I also got quotes from other places, but they were higher or just didn't have great customer service. I was able to quickly book the appointment and the guys that showed up to work were polite and professional. They cleaned afterwards and even went above and beyond what I asked! I'm very please! Thank you!

There is moment of truth. Today I had an electrician from Prolectric coming to my business to do an estimate which suppose to be free. This is from their web.

Nice lady in the office said that I had to pay $59.00 for an estimate. I agreed
The electrician came, spent 15 min to find the problem which was obvious and then started to do an estimate. I was sure he is doing estimate for the job he needs to do to fix that problem but he only gave me estimate for his visit about 250. I was shocked. i never paid that much for doctor's office visit. He did not do anything and he wanted to charge me 250 for nothing.
My husband called the office and they ask us to pay $59.00. the electrician add tax and it was about $ 53. What about the free estimate????????
By the way the electrician name was Jose and he was pretty nice before he gave me the price. After that he was rude and did not even try to find the solution. The rudest person I ever met.

Contacted this company just by chance...and could not have made a better choice. Excellent service...from the front office to the electrician. Very speedy service in regards to obtaining my estimate and installation. Very nice people to deal with. ""Tino"" was the excellent serviceman that I dealt with...it does not get any better than this company. THANK YOU PROLECTRIC!

My old condominium in Clear Lake began to have issues with its electrical panel, but my home warranty company refused to cover it. Prolectric was able to change the electrical panel and later changed the disconnect outside -- and everything is right in the world again. This company deserves five stars for their competence and professionalism -- qualities you rarely find in some businesses nowadays.

Prolectric did an excellent job. After a miscommunication with another service electrician, the owner, Jimmy, came over himself to sort things out. He was extremely polite and professional (as everyone we have spoken with at ProLectric has been) and he has been working to build his family business in Friendswood for 20+ years. He went out of his way to help us and we will certainly use ProLectric in the future. Quick, easy and honest. This local business owner earned our trust and I'm happy he called to follow up with us. I will recommend them to my South Houston/Bay Area clients in the future.
