Progressive Electric is where it's at!!! Great Customer Service from Jeff Tanaka and his team from beginning to end! Was able to schedule our appointment right away and have tech come out on scheduled date. Tech Abe was Amazing!! His Awesome customer service, knowledge, efficient and effective! He knew exactly what we wanted done and did an Amazing Job!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will Continue to use PROGRESSIVE ELECTRIC!!!

What a terrific bunch of guys! We have been using them for over 10+ years for the three large buildings on our site. Stan and Stephen, are extremely professional! Mild-manner guys that just get the jobs done. There are about 10 electricians and I have nothing but positive things to say. Calls are returned promptly and most times are out the next day. I highly recommend the Progressive Electric Company.

I've been using Progressive Electric for 5 years now. They are quick, efficient, and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend for any type of project.

Just days before Christmas I called Jose he came out as soon as possible, did I mention this was a Sunday this man is amazing. If you need an electrician this man knows what he's talking about. Anything that I need done I will call him now he is respectable and honest. It's very rare to find that out here in Las Vegas. They're always looking for an extra buck. But he is not like that. He would not leave until he found the problem.

SCAM ALERT! I called for a quote. They came, looked, were told I didn't need help, and left. A year and a half later, they are still sending me invoices. This EXACT same issue happened to my Mom as well.

Progressive Electric did a professional job of installing a new 240V circuit into our condominium. The final price was very close to the estimate, the two technicians were respectful, thorough, and left the work area very clean. Progressive also worked well with the condominium office which requires licensing and insurance paperwork prior to approving the electrical change. Communications was very easy from estimate to completion. I strongly recommend you consider Progressive Electric for your needs.

After reading other reviews, I feel compelled to voice my opinion. I don't normally write reviews. I am in no way related to this company. I am only telling from my own experience. I've used them for both my new home project, and business.
I've done comparison shopping initially every time for the service I needed. From a add/re-rout of an outlet to fixing a couple of non-functioning outlets, it actually is more complicated than just changing out the fixtures. A couple of other companies couldn't pinpoint the problems, recommended removing and replacing all the fixtures, or another one recommended opening the dry wall to re-route some wires, which would cost a lot. Basically they weren't really sure where the problem was. It turned out one of the problems was that my previous contractor wired a couple of things incorrectly. As many people already know, fixing someone's mistake is harder than doing it yourself from the ground up.
These guys from Progressive are very experienced(Stephen & Stan). Every time they were able to do a diagnostic and ended up changing out a part, reconnect wires, or finding a simpler way to fix a problem. If I did not know better, I would think that they charged me too much for the simple task that I could do myself(if I knew what to do). The diagnostic, the brain part of the work, is where most of the value is. I have no complaint. In fact I was quite impressed.
For a simple tripping breaker, non-functioning outlet, etc, somehow it is more involved sometimes. They fixed the problems each time.
Their service and communication are excellent. They call before they get to the location.
I am a DIYer. I call when I can't do it myself, and every time I couldn't cease to be amazed - I learned something.

Company was hired by our commercial property owner to wire for new 200 amp service in our shop. We were scheduled and informed that we would be down for 3 days ( Friday, Saturday and Sunday) We spent the weekend and paid our electricians to run new wires to the new box- only to have no power on Monday. Calling to ask when to expect power, we find that Progressive did not schedule the inspection or the meter installation for our service ( that has been planned since OCTOBER!) so now we have no power for up to 10 days. Our guys have no work, right before Christmas and we have customers waiting for product that we cannot produce. Sent them email yesterday and have still not heard back with any apology or schedule. This is a terrible way to do business!

Progressive Electric is a family owned company of electricians. I use them for both my residence and my business electrical needs. They have installed multiple outlets in my home, fixed light fixtures at my office and replace all of my flood lights. I call them whenever I have a problem. They are usually able to come out a day or two after I call them and can fix the problem that day. They are very reasonable priced too. They just take a while to invoice you. But, that's okay. Would highly recommend.

Too Expensive- charged for a fixture and material - what ? What material - all they had to do was connect the fixture to the existing wires. It was basically a replacement. The fixture which was a fluorescent light and material billed out at $175. Where did they buy it from? One word guys ""go city mill- cheaper"" and the Labor another $215. Install a light and figure out why a breaker was switching off- which is all they had to do 2 things! And I watched - he attached a voltage meter and instructed me when to turn the switch on and off - which they then declared ""everything is normal"". He then decides maybe the individual breaker is the problem and in 5 minutes that is changed- done. That wasn't it. They never found the problem - I had to hire another electrician who figured it out. I am a return customer - but they have seen the last of me - there are no honest companies in this State anymore. September 2014- I would call someone else.
