I chose Professional Electric based on the reviews I read here - and they were spot on - very professional, excellent service, and an incredibly quick response. Also, they showed up wearing masks, which was much appreciated.

I called looking for help with a couple of minor electrical problems and Mark was at the house within an hour. I also appreciated his honest assessment (replace the light fixture, it's not worth fixing) and the price was beyond reasonable.

We just moved into a new (old) house and I decided on Christmas Eve eve that I had to have a new light fixture over the table before company came over. Read the great reviews and gave Professional Electric a call on the off chance he'd be able to help me out with such short notice. He worked us in to his schedule and arrived a few hours later (already a Christmas miracle). So here's when things got interesting...during the install, a piece of sheetrock broke off - totally nobody's fault. Just part of having a new (old) house. Rather than just shrug it off and leave us to deal with it, Mark got a guy out there to fix it. So we had a beautiful new fixture, an intact ceiling, and a favorite new electician. I'm sure there are lots of companies that can successfully install a light fixture, but not many with the kind of integrity and honesty that Professional Electric has.

This company is amazing. I had a contractor break my track lighting in my store while putting in a light bulb. After waiting a week for him to come back with a professional to fix it I decided to call an Electrician of my own to get it done. Based on reviews on yelp I called Mark at Professional Electric. First of all, he answered the phone !!!! and listened to my problem. He said he would try to make it the same day based on a job he was at or the next morning, I couldn't believe my ears that he would come so soon. He showed up the next morning at 10am, and had it fixed by 11:30am. It was not an easy problem because of old wiring and not enough power but he stayed on it until he figured it out and fixed it. He and his protege were truly nice guys and the fee he charged me was incredibly reasonable. His number is now in my phone for good. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.
