We just moved into a new (old) house and I decided on Christmas Eve eve that I had to have a new light fixture over the table before company came over. Read the great reviews and gave Professional Electric a call on the off chance he'd be able to help me out with such short notice. He worked us in to his schedule and arrived a few hours later (already a Christmas miracle). So here's when things got interesting...during the install, a piece of sheetrock broke off - totally nobody's fault. Just part of having a new (old) house. Rather than just shrug it off and leave us to deal with it, Mark got a guy out there to fix it. So we had a beautiful new fixture, an intact ceiling, and a favorite new electician. I'm sure there are lots of companies that can successfully install a light fixture, but not many with the kind of integrity and honesty that Professional Electric has.

This company is amazing. I had a contractor break my track lighting in my store while putting in a light bulb. After waiting a week for him to come back with a professional to fix it I decided to call an Electrician of my own to get it done. Based on reviews on yelp I called Mark at Professional Electric. First of all, he answered the phone !!!! and listened to my problem. He said he would try to make it the same day based on a job he was at or the next morning, I couldn't believe my ears that he would come so soon. He showed up the next morning at 10am, and had it fixed by 11:30am. It was not an easy problem because of old wiring and not enough power but he stayed on it until he figured it out and fixed it. He and his protege were truly nice guys and the fee he charged me was incredibly reasonable. His number is now in my phone for good. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

We lost a breaker in our house at 5:30 in the eve and had to face the place being dark all night. on a last minute chance we called Mark it was 7:30 at the time and everyone was closed.

He picked right up had us send a picture and gave us a reasonable price for after hours work. It took until 9 to get here but he replaced the breaker in 5 minutes and was out. Thanks Mark we really just wanted to chill and have dinner. we appreciate you putting yours off for us.

When I say the 'kindest, knowledgeable, genuine, professional, willing, patient, and flexible' person I've ever met, I say it with everything in me. My washer and dryer hasn't worked in a year. I refused to buy new ones. I had Maytag come out and fix them. The moment the Maytag guy was leaving, the dryer was displaying a code meaning there wasn't enough voltage running to the dryer outlet. The Maytag guy said I needed to call an electrician and shouldn't run the dryer at all until I do so. I was so frustrated! It already took Maytag 2 weeks to come out... you can imagine how upset I was knowing I'd potentially have to wait weeks AGAIN due to my work schedule/electricians schedule. Until I came across Professional Electric. I called and noone had answered. Not a whole minute later, my phone was ringing and the owner was calling me back. Long story short, he was there within the next few hours and that day, I FINALLY was able to wash clothes in my own home for the first time in a YEAR!!!!! I 1000000% recommend this company to everyone & anyone!!! If you are looking for the best of the best, it's right here!!
Side note: he was kind enough and did not charge me anything. Yes. You heard that right. To run all the diagnostics, coming out all the way- 3 cities over, and having to deal with my anxiousness, this was a true sign that there are still people in this world who aren't out to take advantage of you, genuinely care for their customers, and love the career path they have chosen. This encounter was nothing short of a blessing.

We had just bought a house and needed to get it re-wired. Never having needed an electrician, we found Mark on Yelp and all of the reviews don't do him justice.
We called, he came and 2 days later our entire house was rewired. He is polite, great sense of humor, prompt, respectful and certainly knows his electricity!
If you need an electrician, don't look any further, Mark and his team are your guys.

I would highly recommend Mark! He came out and quickly installed my new outlet with no problem. He even went out to Home Depot to buy what I needed whereas other companies in the past have made me schedule another appointment because I had to go buy things.
