Jason and his team did the wiring for a split air conditioning system I had installed in my house in Kailua, HI. Jason was extremely professional (per his company's nameaske!), knowledgeable, and easy to work with during the whole experience. He made fantastic recommendations on how best to wire and route the required lines from my house's service entry to the compressor. The final product is outstanding- would teocmmend Jason and his team to anyone for any household electrical work!

After a thorough inspection, by a licensed professional home inspector, of my new house, in which Jason and his company were the electrical sub-contractor, the inspector found open junction boxes in the attic. Obviously, this is a huge safety violation that can cause a fire and demonstrates poor workmanship. The grounding wire was left exposed outside the house as well. The general contractor was made aware of this when the inspection report was sent to them, but the situation was never remedied. Poor workmanship and carelessness by inexperienced/uneducated workers underneath the licensee is reckless and hazardous.

He was willing to work around my schedule and did the initial inspection of my property on his day off. We called on July 22nd and left a message. As of today, he did not even give a courtesy call to respond whether he could do the job or not. This is a sure sign that he is not very reliable. To make matters worst, we are located two streets from where he is in Waimanalo. Thankfully we have a neighbor that is an electrician and we could rely on him to fix our problem. You been warned.

Extremely professional and impeccable follow through. I called Jason well after hours after my entire downstairs power went out and breakers tripped. This was the first time it happened and it wasn't even when the a/c was on. He talked to me over the phone about some possibilities and said he would call in the morning. HE ACTUALLY CALLED IN THE MORNING. He said he would try to make it between 2-2:30pm and HE ACTUALLY SHOWED UP AT 12noon after calling to ask if it was okay to come early. He fixed the problem without much ado.......he was courteous, professional, solved my electrical problem, and I can not say enough wonderful things about him and his company. I am so grateful for this kind of professional service! WOW.
