Great job on my courtyard concrete job - I will use them again and I highly recommend them too!

Do not use Chris Franklin. The worst experience I have had with a 'licensed professional' ever! He never pulled the permit, although he had applied for one. His work will not pass code.
Absolutely horrible experience. Find some one else.
Bad work done by 'one of his guys' will be repaired soon by a REAL electrician. Then I will take him to small claims court to get all my $ back.
Got it?

Chris is a standup guy and a fantastic electrician. He's done some commercial work for me on a moments notice before as well as a small remodel job. Can't recommend him enough!

Chris the owner installed a 58 foot walkway in front of my house last month.... he was great and I am extremely happy with the service and workmanship. While Chris was here he gave me an estimate for additional electrical work to include replacement of my breaker box. Again, a very fair price and he completed that job today, outstanding job. I will be using him again.

Three months ago, we had The Professional Construction Company pour a large concrete pad in our back yard, along with a long sidewalk on two sides of our house. We also had some electrical work done. Having had a bad experience with another contractor, we asked Charles or Chris to be present whenever the crew was working. The were true to their word, and directly supervised the project. Halfway through, Chris asked, ""Are you happy with the work being done so far?"" At the end, Chris came back a week later and asked, ""Are you happy with the work we did?"" I really appreciated that we were asked those questions! We showed Chris a couple of areas we felt needed improvement, and by the end of the week, they were repaired. I waited 3 months to post a review, just in case we ran into any issues, but we have not. The electrical is working perfectly and the sidewalk and concrete areas look good (a bit of minor cracking, which is normal). We do appreciate their work.

Horrible! We hired this company to do concrete work at our home remove a driveway pour a sidewalk and add a large patio out back they destroyed our underground sprinkler system while removing the driveway and ripped out our main water line the water line was repaired the sprinkler system remains unusable. The concrete was poured on separate days as not enough was apparently ordered in the first batch. When the second batch was finally poured as soon as it cured it began to crack and Flake we contacted Christopher who came out and assess the situation agreed with us and told us it was a faulty batch of concrete. We fully expected the concrete to be replaced he indicated that he would not do that and that we would have to take it up with his supplier. We had no contract your previous contact with his supplier we hired him. He indicated that he was licensed and insured both of which turned out to be false. Christopher Franklin would not discuss coming to an agreement which left us no other recourse than to file in small claims court. Our case was heard November 9th 2017 neither Christopher Franklin nor anyone representing his company appeared we won a judgement of $5,000. I would never hire this company for concrete nor the electrical they seem to be advertising themselves as now
