I never write reviews, but I had to write this because I am extremely satisfied with their honesty and service,very HONEST,they only charged me a decent amount for inspection and they told me that my dishwasher needs a new pump and motor which is expensive and recommended that I get a new dishwasher with a fraction of the price,I researched and whatever they recommended was absolutely true and honest, I am extremely satisfied,and I am so happy to find a company that I can trust ,JULIA was extremely honest, definitely recommending to family and friends and I'm so happy that I found a company that has expertise and outstanding customer service.

They were responsive and quick to come do the repair. Helpful and friendly technician, The only negative was the repair charge was expensive, $50 part (if you source on your own) and 1.5 labor total cost was over $300

They were also able to schedule time to come assess and repair my washer within a day. The repairman showed up on time and worked efficiently. In the end it seems to have been an easy fix and the price for the repair was more than fair. I was extremely pleased with the experience!

I like to think I can do anything around the house, but I had to admit taking down the heavy blower motor in my vent hood for cleaning was more than I could handle alone. Sam magically appeared within the hour and did a perfect job, and he is such a friendly and pleasant person.
