Tom deserves more than 5 stars. He is very professional, polite, did an excellent job and responds promptly. His pricing was reasonable compared to the other electricians I called. I'm so happy I got him to do my switch timer and out door floodlight with out having to wait for days. I will definitely call him for all electrical job i need done. I can highly recommend Tom!

We had problems with our new stove having enough power to work therefore, we contacted several electrician companies through Yelp and Pro Tech Electric was the first to respond. After speaking with Tom we agreed he would come and assess the problem within an hour or so from the initial phone call! Tom quickly assessed the problem and not only fixed the outlet so our stove could work, but also changed out a couple of outlets not working. He will also assist us with other electrical problems and lighting upgrades! Tom has been a life saver, he was not only professional but very friendly! He made suggestions and gave us choices. We are very satisfied and will definitely use Pro Tech Electric for our electrical needs!

Tom from Pro Tech Electric is a lifesaver (I think literally). We realized we had electrical arcing in the electrical panel of the condo unit we just bought once everything was plugged in (lights flickering, tv and appliances kept randomly shutting off, and a crackling sound in the panel which was the most worrisome). Because of the serious nature of electrical hazards, we needed an electrician ASAP and Tom from Pro Tech Electric was recommended to us.

He was able to stop by in the evening on a Friday, just a few hours after we contacted him to see if he could fix our problem. Luckily, he determined that replacing and rewiring a single breaker switch in the panel should resolve the issue, which he was able to do immediately since he had a new breaker switch of the same size. While Tom was here, we mentioned we had a broken GFCI outlet which he checked out and happened to have a new GFCI outlet that he was able to install and is now working fine.

Tom is friendly, very professional and he explains to you what he sees as he troubleshoots the issues. His price are very reasonable. We will definitely contact him again for any future electrical needs.

Very responsive. We handled everything from the estimate to invoicing electronically through yelp, text and email. Very good pricing compared to other electricians. Not only did he (Tom) meet me at the scheduled time (3pm in the afternoon), he was 15 min early. Great work. Fixed two issues within the hour and the invoice was less than the estimate. I'll definitely use pro tech for any future electrical work!
