Called, person who picked up didn't give a name or identify a company they were with, even when I asked ""is this an electrical company?"" All I got was ""Yes"".

Asked about getting an estimate on a repair on an older house in Benbrook ""Sorry. We only do new construction"". Told them I was new to the area, could they recommend anyone? ""No"".

I know times are hard during COVID, but there should still be a baseline professionalism...

These guys were on time, thorough, offered the best price, and were extremely friendly.

In no time flat, they installed a new plug for our electric car. They ran wires from our electric panel, through the wall, and into a new outlet they installed. No screwing around, no confusion about the project, no dirty mess as they wrapped up. Just a nice, clean plug that honestly looks like it's always been there.

I was grateful for their work and energy, and I will absolutely be calling them again.
