NO SHOW, NO CALL NO ANSWER see t appointment 4 days prior to Dale Owner it's not like their answering machine...""we care about your business"" LOL a JOKE move on there are plenty to choose from was trying to give local area guy business. This was a waste of my time! And money!!!! I Had scheduled going late to work for this appointment waiting for him waited 25 minutes to give him a chance even though he did no answer I don't care for an online response/ excuse to this post from these people either

Dale gave me a price and we scheduled a day/time for the work. He never showed up nor had the courtesy to call me to say he wasn't going to make it.

Dale was great as to taking his time and explaining things when I asked questions. But utmost importance was that he was able to figure out the problem to my dining room fixture and was able to fix it! Which I needed badly. Very fair in price. I highly recommend and will definitely use his service again.

I took a chance on calling Pro-precision and was very please with the service. I called in the morning and made an appt for that afternoon. Dale showed up early and was prepared for the job. He was fast and cleaned up afterward. He gave me a quote via Yelp. There was no surprises. I am very happy.

I have never seen an electrical contractor move so fast and work so professionally before. Their rates are excellent compared to others that I was looking at for my master bedroom renovation. I would highly recommend the service from Dale and Derdrick to get the job done quickly and cleanly. This company answered an emergency call in the middle of the night and was ready to come out to my house to restore power. The problem was resolved through their instructions via phone. Due to their prompt and helpful nature, I called them back when I needed to install an Electric Vehicle charging station at my home. They are very professional and did a great job. Courteous, good people, and unlike many other electricians, not flaky. Very professional. I was very happy with the work they did and will call them in the future whenever I need electrical work done.
