I called Charlie to have a look at my generator that had a problem during the storm.

He was very professional on the phone, and arrived exactly when he said, even giving a heads-up call beforehand. The problem was quickly resolved, and he also did a little tune-up activity for the basic ""service call"" price.

It's great finding a professional who does what they say in South Florida. I would absolutely use him again, particularly after calling some of the local rip-off artists I dealt with, including some who demanded signing up for a $395 service plan before they'd even come out for a $150/hour visit.

Charles is a great electrician and true to his word. He called me back on Saturday night after leaving a message and talked me through several possible solutions of wha r could potentially be the issue. We set up an appointment and he was prompt and clear to explain every step of the way. There were no hidden fees and he made sure I felt comfortable with all the switches before he left.

I will definitely call then again if I have an future electrical things to take care of!

I highly recommend Pro Power Electrical and will use them again. My power switch to my pool pump broke on Saturday morning and I called for an appointment. Charlie answered the call and immediately gave me an appointment between 12-2pm the same day. He called to let me know when he was on the way and arrived on-time. He was very knowledgeable and did the repair quickly. He also gave me some tips on improving some other things around my pool equipment, which I appreciated. The price was the same as he quoted me over the phone and I am completely satisfied with the work. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I was introduced to Charlie by my handyman. Charlie has done work in my home and my two apartments and he is brilliant! He is courteous and knows his stuff. He arrives when he says he's going to arrive .
We are bracing for Hurricane Matthew and Charlie was scheduled to come over yesterday and quote installing an outdoor security light. While he was here I asked him if fixed generators - he said he sure did! He spent 10 minutes on my generator and had it running! The sound of my generator working brought my two neighbors running as they also were having generator problems.
Charlie spent the next 3 hours servicing their generators. One was too far gone but he came back today with the parts to fix my other next door neighbors generator - on the day of the Hurricane!!!!
I can't say enough great things about Charlie and his kind and professional attitude. He has many great ideas about my lighting and electrical issues.
I'm renovating my kitchen in the next couple of months and he will definitely be doing all the electrical work.
He so impressed my neighbors that he will be called by them when they have electrical issues just because of going the extra mile yesterday.
