He was very proactive about getting an appointment scheduled and then even rescheduling when our calendar changed. 2 guys showed up to do the job. They were right on time, friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and even charged us $55 less than the originally quoted price when an extra part was deemed unnecessary.
