Xin was very kind,honest and hardworking. If you're looking for a great electrician that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND XIN is your guy. He fixed our firealarm, the lights in two of our bathrooms and even was able to check out out outside lights as well. Xin was more than willing to look at all of the things I needed done although I originally wanted just the fire alarm changed. Our tenant in Waikiki had some issues with the under-cabinet indirect lighting in the kitchen and from the moment I called Spencer at Pro Electrician Honolulu, I knew we were going to be working with an exceptional company. Spencer is a good listener, and even from this initial conversation, he began troubleshooting what the issues could be. He reached out to our tenants and quickly set up an appointment with them, and even walked through some troubleshooting with them over the phone. Later that day, he contacted me to follow up on where we were in scheduling the repair appointment and shared some thoughts on what the problem could be. Spencer tried to find ways to save us money, and suggested a couple of avenues we could pursue on the issue and left it up to us, with no pressure wither way. He took the time to orient us through the steps of what the repair would look like, and how it would impact the cost and time involved.

Xin, the owner of the company, was able to quickly repair the issue at minimal cost to us. Here is what I really appreciate and respect about Xin and his company -- they place a high priority on truly doing right by the customer, and see the relationship beyond just a job that will make money in the short term. Rather, Xin is a good man who really puts emphasis on dependability, honesty, and integrity. Both Spencer and Xin have been amazing in helping us fix our electrical problems. As a company, Pro Electrician Honolulu is one of the very best I have worked with, as far as following through, following up, and in orienting us through the process of their work.

I'm a property manager for a condominium in town and required some electrical services for our common area since lights/power was not available to our sauna. I received a quote to repair from a different company stating that the fuse in the breaker panel was no good (Expensive Repair). Well I looked through Yelp and Google to get a 2nd and third quote as that's our protocol and came across Pro Electrician Honolulu. The electrician that stopped by to propose a quote advised that the solution was much simpler than what I was originally diagnosed. He advised that he would be able to resolve the issue in less than an hour. Since the price was within my allotted spending limit I advised him to proceed; ultimately saving the property a decent amount of money. A lot of companies pride themselves on integrity but only a few live up to their own so called standards. Mahalo for being honest, having integrity and setting the bar for others to benchmark against. A rolling nickel is better than a one time dime, Spencer I will be a rolling nickel from here on out.
