I usually do not write reviews but I was so pleased with the service I have received this company has very honest & knowledgeable employees. I have received multiple services from them including a service upgrade, partial rewire of my home and my Tesla charger installation. Everyone that completed the work was very helpful and they were very respectful of my property cleaning up after themselves and keeping the job very clean during work! they were even able to keep my plants and bushes in tact around my panel which I appreciate. Thankyou for the great work !

I was referred to Pro Connect Electrical via Homedepot Pro support. Joe was quick in responding to me and discussing the job I needed to have done (Electrical attic fan in my Garage). He came out and did the estimate in a short period of time and was able to book me within 3 business days of the estimate.

When Joe & Josh came to do the job they were professional and a pleasure to chat with about anything related to the job (Never had this type of service done on a home before). I would highly recommend Pro Connect Electrical and will definitely be giving them a call whenever I have questions or any type of electrical job needed to be done at my house! Cheers!

Do not use this company. They are unreliable. They made an appointment with me and then cancelled the same morning they were supposed to arrive with no available appointments in the near future. Try Bay Area Appliance instead. They are on the job.

Joe showed up to give me an onsite estimate for my project and gave a reasonable rate.

However, after scheduling my installation date, he cancelled on the day of due to an emergency call for a client. He rescheduled for the following week and then his van broke down the morning of. It's been 3 days since and I haven't heard anything from him on when he can come. I've been waiting 2 weeks for my project to be done. So at this point, I have decided to look for another contractor.

I can't speak to his quality of work, but I wouldn't recommend based on the unprofessionalism and lack of communication.

I selected Pro Connect over other estimates and very glad I did. The owner of Pro Connect, Joe Rivera, has 20+ years of experience as a licensed Electrician. He was the only contractor who conducted a visual and physical assessment of the work. I understand the concerns around the pandemic but when he came for the estimate, he was prompt and was prepared with a mask and shoe coverings. His estimate was honest and his professional observations of the site were realistic.

On installation day, Joe and his employee (his son, Josh) came with protective coverings for the floors. As they were removing the old ceiling fan in the living room and light fixture in bedroom 1, they immediately noticed some safety issues in the old installations. They made sure that those discoveries were corrected and new installations were up to code.

As you can see in the pictures, the finish works were meticulous and precise. They cleaned the work areas. The bonus part was - Pro Connect's pricing was SUPER reasonable. I highly recommend Pro Connect for electrical work in your homes!
