I am so favorably impressed. They kept in touch with me the day of their work so I would know when they would arrive.
The job took much longer than they anticipated, due to how our house is constructed. They stuck with the job, even though it delayed some other jobs they had. (This job was pulling some cable tv wiring, certainly not critical).
The end result is almost artistic in its logical layout.

These guys deserve 10 stars. I moved to Santa Rosa a year ago and have remodeled my house. I used Pro City for a small project of installing outdoor outlets and I was so impressed that I have since used them for many more projects including 4 ceiling fans, all new lighting and outlets for kitchen and bath remodel, beautiful can lights at my house and my mother's house and a few other projects. They are very professional, arrive on time, and are an absolute pleasure to work with. They exceed my expectations every time. I would not even consider using another electrician and I know how lucky I am to have found them as I am confident that the work they have done is top-notch.

Very happy with the service provided by Pro City Electric. We had 3 ceiling fans installed plus some addition work in the garage. They showed up on time and were very professional. They were able to fit in our project right away and we found their price reasonable compared to other companies. The technician used drop cloths inside to protect our furniture and cleaned up when completed. We are so excited to finally have ceiling fans in our upstairs bedrooms since we don't have a/c and I finally have multiple outlets and lights in out 3-car garage.

I'm writing with praise for Pro City Electric of Santa Rosa. I found the company on the Diamond Certified website. I was contacted almost immediately by Shawn Homen who was quick to give me a quote for a home generator manual transfer switch. He was very responsive to my questions throughout the process. The installation was scheduled much sooner than I expected and the electrician who did the work arrived on time and was done in less than 3 hours. The installer also took the time to show me how to use the new generator I purchased for this project. I couldn't be more pleased and impressed with the performance of Pro City Electric and will definitely use them again for any electrical work I need.
