We charge a non-reimbursable location fee if we visit your residential or commercial location that is in need of attention. When you engage our services, the $50.00 fee will be credited your repair contract. We speak Spanish.

Our company began from the ground up by our founder, Pablo Martinez, alongside his partner, Joanna Rodriguez. Joanna acts as the administrative head for P.I.C, managing the entire company. As our CEO, Pablo, offers 100% services in handyman and construction to both properties. Our commitment is to provide top-notch service and we are bilingual.
