Absolutely love this electric company! They helped me so much KC is so informative and helpful. He also tried his best to squeeze me into his schedule and accommodate me since I was on a time crunch for my licensing. The receptionist M was also absolutely amazing I must have called her so many times that she recognizes my voice by now lol. But every time she was so kind and helpful and got back to me right away! I hired Priority 1 Electric to add a ground wire and 240 outlet in the garage. My older home needed the upgrade for charging my electric car. Michael and Frank did a great job. Michael crawled through the attic since my garage is mostly detached and that route worked for the work. All is working well and I'm happy. By the way, Don, the owner, really helped me out and allowed me to pay the charge in halves. Very nice!

Hooked up my outlet wrong and caused a new 800 dollar clothes dryer to short out when opened. Before learning of this gross negligence- I tried to rehire them. Tech who messed up originally told the owner who added 100 dollars to quoted price to come back out. Because I had failed to spend more the first time. Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent company. Thank god I hired a real electrical guy who fixed everything. Never hire these people.

These guys are the worst. Came out for 30 minutes and cost me 149 and made my issue worst. Wanted to charge me again for him to comeback and fix the new problem that he cause. Never again using.
* you guys should comeback and fix the problem that Michael cause me that was not there before. Now I'm stuck with a new problem that was never there.

Sorry to say but this is the worst Electric company in earth. We called on Monday September 23 for quote on repair some swatches in my mom's house the guy came on time that's the only good thing about the company.Frank from Priority 1 wants to change my mom $3500 for changing 14 light switch and $140 for after hours service because he came at 3pm lol after hours .I called another Company called Bear Copper and had them come over they did not change for the quote and Josh was very respectful and the work he did more the Frank from Priority 1 and he changed my mom 90 year old for the 14 switches $580 lol what a difference

I would like to give priority 1 electric 5 my moms house was having random breakers trip in the circuit box. She called a guy and he came out and couldn't find the issue but decided to replace the 20 amp breaker for the kitchen. He charged 165$ and recommended adding a designated breaker for fridge and microwave ($475). The problem continues to get worse so today I called priority one electric. Technician came out at a time that was convenient for me, assessed the breaker box finding loose wire and overloaded circuit. Priority 1 fixed everything within an hour & 1/2 for a reasonable price. I will use them again and recommend them with confidence. Thank you Michael and the rest of the staff at priority 1 electric

Casey, our Electrician, has excellent communication skills and provided us with several viable options to choose from in order to resolve our problem. He did job an outstanding job setting our expectations concerning price, level of work, and timeframe required to complete project. Attempted home repair myself on Garage Lighting. Realized changing the bulbs was not the issue. Called Priority 1 Electric and asked if someone could troubleshoot the issue same day. In less than two hours, Miguel arrived at my house. He checked and verified that the power was working and suggested to upgrade the ballast on the garage lighting to help minimize costs on my outdated lighting. He completed the job expeditiously and didn't mind me calling a friend to verify the quoted price. Miguel completed the job without any issues. He was very thorough, super pleasant, answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Priority 1 Electric and I would encourage anyone who utilizes this company to request Miguel. THEY STOLE $400 IN POWER TOOLS FROM MY HOME. THEY LEFT THE JOB UNFINISHED AND NEVER CALLED BACK. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND NEVER LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME!!
Simple job: update/ground all electrical outlets. They came out the first day, worked for 3 hours and then said that they had another customer who refused to wait, and THEY JUST ABANDONED US. We had this appointment for weeks, and they said they had just provided an estimate to this other customer that afternoon. They took complete advantage of our kindness. We bought them lunch/gave them water, etc. I even tipped the one poor trainee kid, because he was left here by his coworkers completely alone for 1 of those 3 hours. They said they would be back the next day at 8 AM.
They casually roll in THREE HOURS LATE, at about 11 AM the next day. We were here waiting for them at 8 AM. No call from them; we had to call them and ask where they were.
Later, we had no choice but to leave for a couple of hours to meet the moving truck down the street, and that's when they STOLE OUR POWER TOOLS FROM OUR BACK YARD.
When we finished with the truck, they had a different guy here with them (who I think is the boss) who was CLEARLY DRUNK. As they were leaving, he says he forgot one of the outlets, switched it out and ASKED ME FOR CASH IMMEDIATELY AFTER PAYING MY BILL!! Guess what?! WHEN HE SWITCHED THAT OUTLET, HE KILLED THE POWER TO OUR WHOLE HOUSE FAN and the flood lights in the yard.
I'd say they didn't finish more than half of the job, and they actually made it WORSE than before they were here!!
We called them and let them know that they broke the house fan, didn't finish the job, and stole our tools. They said they would call us back to make an appointment. That was almost 2 WEEKS AGO!! They didn't seem to care the first time we called and they have never called us back.
We got an estimate from another company who told us that THEY LEFT THE ELECTRICAL CORDS ON THE GROUND UNDER THE HOUSE instead of stapling them up!!!
I am so upset and hurt by this experience and now I have to pay a different company to come out and fix the damage caused by Priority 1 Electric!! And no replacing the power tools as they had sentimental value.
Oh, and just to add insult to injury: when I asked for an update while they were here, they wouldn't talk to me about the repairs, they said they would prefer to speak to my husband instead. Twice.
