David always answered my calls and texts promptly. When I told him which bathroom light stopped working, he had me text him pictures of the unit. He advised me of the part we needed (a ballast) and I was able to find one, then he installed it this afternoon. I would recommend Primo Electric.

Let me start by saying this truly hurts my soul to have to make this review. The guys that came were great, as was the owner. They all worked their asses off, and in the heat nonetheless. However, after they left I noticed that the ONLY REASON I LOOKED FOR AND HIRED electricians, was still NOT WORKING!!! They did a bunch of other crap that probably needed to be done at some point in time, however my initial problem not only wasn't fixed, it wasn't addressed AT ALL!!! So disappointing.


So I'm editing this after discussing things with the owner. Even though they completely dropped the ball on the initial issues, the work they did to the overcrowded and burned out panel, not to mention the dedicated lines they ran, does deserve a better rating. He also offered to follow up on the initial issues so hopefully something will come of that. I'll update if that happens. This review has been difficult for me bcuz they really are such hardworking and decent guys.

David Rojas and his crew were nice and professional. They showed up on time and went right at it...fixed all our electrical issues and installed a 220 line for our new hot tub according to specs. They were done within a few hours and the price was reasonable. Cleaned up afterwards really nice. Would recommend them for electrical needs...and will call them again if we need additional work done.

The guys came out at 6am in order to accommodate mine and my wife's work schedules, were very professional and courteous, fixes the issue in 30 minutes and had a fair price. Will certainly call again if I have other electrical needs. Highly recommend.

I lost some of my electric and in need of an electrician. I asked on Yelp and David Rojas from Primo Electric contacted me find out more information. I answered his questions and he immediately made time to meet me to find out more of what was needed in my home. He emailed a proposal to me within the same day. I chose Primo to help me. He recommended to upgrade the electric panel and dedicate circuits to appliances. And check the bad outlets and change them. David and his team arrived to my home on time. They did a very good job and spent time to make sure the job is done correctly.. Team leader Jesse was terrific and listens to you. They are also clean up after the work. A plus. Very responsible and respectful Associates. I had a concern the same night after job was finished and David addressed it immediately. He came back the next morning to check. He assured me all is good and encouraged me to contact him again should I have any concerns.

The electric is working very well thanks to Primo Electric. I recommend and trust them to take care of my electric concerns. I will use them for another project in mind.

If you're looking for a professional job requiring quick and affordable electrical work, then check with Primo Electric. David and his team were able to quickly respond to my request - a 240V outlet and an upgraded electrical panel. His crew was able to pinpoint the issues with my old panel and saved my house from potential fire hazards.

David was responded to my questions very quickly. He and his team are flexible and will plan around your schedule. The quotes offered for the job are fixed and won't change - even after the job is done. I favor good communication between the professional services and the customer.

The main differentiation between Primo Electric and other electrical services is the speed, timing, and affordability. I requested quotes from similar companies; however they were more ""corporate-like"" and structured, whereas Primo was able to talk with you like a friend instead of ""just a paying customer."" Other companies also quoted nearly 2.5x for the job, and it would be couple weeks out before they were available.

Overall - if you prefer fast, flexible, professional electrical services at an affordable price, then go with Primo Electric.

Contacted David through yelps this morning explaining what I needed to get done and he responded back very quick. He came by this afternoon and took care of business.
