He and his crew were able to come out and identify the problem right away and get us back up and running. Very happy with their efficiency and grateful for the prompt response.

The two men that arrived (I did not get their names) were professional and friendly. They walked in and got straight to work. We have an older home and I was worried that the problem was going to be more than just changing out the fixture, luckily it was not. I would gladly call them again if another problem arises.

We needed to replace our ceiling fan in our spare bedroom as soon as possible. We contacted Primo Electric and arranged for a service call to install a new fan. The communication with David (the owner) was excellent. He communicated with us on every aspect (pricing, scheduling and miscellaneous concerns).

On the day of service, Gabe our technician was very prompt, polite and started working immediately. Gabe assembled, installed our new fan and cleaned the work area in little to no time.

We are very happy with the finished project and will be calling Primo again for future projects!

this Primo Electric isn't up front with you? First they told me that the fan"" in my bathroom was burned out and it had to be replaced.They said they will return the next day from 9 to 11:00am? So i'm thinking their going to start the job and replace the motor in the fan.So i'm waiting and waiting and hear nothing from them? So i text them to see what is wrong and they text me back saying they had to order the part and they will be here at 12 to 1:00pm.So again i'm waiting and waiting and here nothing?If they would only tell you whats going on in the first place and tell you what to expect i would wait for them,but i felt there was no communication and i was left waiting and waiting.Well i could'nt wait any longer so i text them and told them to forget about it i didn't want their service any longer.I think next time just tell the customer what to expect and what's going on,keep them more informed and they won't lose any more customers.

Five Stars for the electricians at Primo! They took wiring and breakers from a 1949 house and brought us into 2022! They are responsive and awesome with their quotes and service. I was clear that honesty was important and that I could not afford the typical ""Rabbit Hole"" of more work and more money after the initial call. Primo kept it real with me. David, Mark and all of the team are great electricians and very detailed and clean. They even made a little time to calm the nerves of our anxious pet that was interested in their work. I wish I could've given them more than water, they earned it. I will call them and refer them to my family, friends, church and work!

Jose really knows his stuff. I had an electrical problem that I had two knowledgeable friends try to fix, but they couldn't. Jose fixed it in under an hour for about half the price others were quoting me. I'll only use Jose in the future. He's the best!
