James and his team were great. They have installed my tankless water heater even after having obstacles from not having all of the parts. He was very I formative with scheduling and with all of the service provided.

He also came back after a few months to check on all of the equipment and to flip a pipe for maintenance that was installed backwards. But everything was clean, to include the gas line cutting for the tankless gas water heater and installing the circulating pump.

The value was great and will hope to continue support of prime solutions in the future at great cost.

These guys were incredible and extremely professional. Were able to come out same-day to asses my water heater, and came back the following day to do a repair. From start to finish, these guys were up front, explained everything to me in detail, and were very honest about expectations.
