Eugene and his team upgraded the 1970's Zynsco panel on our home in Sacramento to a modern 200 amp panel. We had an excellent experience working with the Prime Electric team, they completed the work faster than expected for a reasonably price. We've used Prime Electric multiple times over the past few years. Mostly small jobs. Eugene responds promptly. If it's in an emergency, he sent someone right away. For something less urgent, he schedules based on availability. Most recently, we need to switch out our bathroom fan. He purchased an excellent, high quality fan that will last us a long time. He arrived right on time and then installed it quickly and with no fuss. We will keep returning to Prime Electric. Professional, efficient, reliable service.

I've used Prime Electric for 3 different projects in the past year. One was converting our overhead SMUD service line to a buried line (with a panel upgrade), one was adding a circuit to power a heat pump mini split, and the last was the entire rough electric for a new ADU (including underground conduit/connection to our main service panel and installing a new subpanel). Eugene is incredibly professional and responsive and his work is fantastic. Super friendly guys that get jobs done quickly, economically, and to code without fuss. No job seems too big or too small and if you have suggestions they will implement them or tell you why not without making you feel like an idiot. As long as these guys are around I'll never use another electrician.

Prime Electric did an outstanding job installing my Tesla Wall Connector. Eugene responded quickly with an estimate and was able to schedule installation within a day of taking delivery of my new Tesla. Having a finished garage, I wanted to avoid conduit on the walls. Eugene and Corneliu accommodated my request by running wiring through the attic/wall to achieve a clean and professional installation. Eugene also scheduled my charger to run during off-peak hours. Lastly, they did a great job cleaning up and vacuuming the garage floor. I highly recommend Prime Electric for installing EV chargers.

Prime Electric responded quickly to a request to replace my hardwired smoke detectors. The 10 year lithium batteries expired and the noise was unbearable.
