I reached out to several electric companies to get quotes for the installation of a 240 volt outlet in my home garage for my EV.

Eugene from Prime Electric responded right away, and his response was more detailed and insightful versus the others, and his pricing was good, so I went with him and am VERY glad I did.

Not only did he do a great job, and explain everything in a way I could understand, at the end of a job I noticed an electrical issue I was having and he kindly took the time to troubleshoot over phone, and then afterwards in person, where he diagnosed and fixed the problem, which I really really appreciated.

Excellent service from start to finish. I found these guys through SMUD for an EV charger installation, specifically the Tesla Level 2. Prime was able to communicate with me almost entirely through text (which I appreciated as I work a lot), and was responsive even after hours. The work looks very professional and functions well. Most importantly, Prime navigated SMUD's Byzantine system of rebates to get me my $500.00 rebate, even though it's a pretty big hassle for the contractor. I was really impressed by the diligence and regular communications -- would use again for other electrical work.
