Plus they stay connected with you via text message about appt time and expected arrival. The project involved my hanging kitchen fixture. One of the bulbs having a very atypical socket had blown. Ben using his expertise went above &'beyond to save me from buying an entire new fixture.I am thankful for his diligent work at finding a solution. I would highly recommend Ben & Prime Electric! I was in search of an electrician when I came across Prime Electric and called to schedule a phone estimate, Ben called me right away and we scheduled an appointment for the same week. He came out walked me through what he would need to do to install my light fixture and got it done in a neat and timely manner. Also installed a dimmer which put the icing on the cake. Our electrical set-up for our home was a ""weekend warrior"" job done by the previous owner, so we knew that we were on borrowed time before problems would begin to be known. So of course, the problem presented itself on a holiday weekend, on a Sunday, and after 5 p.m. We began calling different electricians and the first few did not make it past ""hello."" And then we discovered Prime Electric. They had us at ""hello."" A professional service answered the call quickly and with professionalism. They took our information and said they would have a technician call us within the hour to discuss the issue and set-up an appointment. As promised, Ben Borenstein called us. He was upfront with the cost to come by the same night or the next day (a $200 savings if we waited), but let us decide. Within 2 hours our power was back on. During the visit, he advised us of the state of our electric set-up for the home and made recommendations for improvement -- a new electrical panel. We braced for the price and were surprised at the affordability to do what we considered a major job. From start to finish, working with Ben and Prime Electric has been an honest and professional relationship. We could not be happier with his work. Highly recommend!

I needed an exhaust fan in a bathroom where none had previously existed. Ben from Prime was able to drill thru cinder-block to run the exhaust duct and installed the unit with a timer in the bath ceiling. Work was done on-the-spot (he had a fan in the truck) for a reasonable price. No up-charges for unnecessary services.He even cleaned up the mess afterwards. I will use Ben and Prime again in the future for new ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

I needed a local electrician to reroute my electrical outlets so they would be behind my TV. Who wants the nice look of a mounted TV with ugly wires exposed right under? Ben was able to give me an estimate over the phone after I told him how many electrical plugs I wanted rerouted. After calling several electricians, Ben gave me a fair price and beat everyone else's price for the job. We picked a day to do the job, he was on time, professional, and did a clean job with minimal holes that needed to be patched up.
