I had an old and outdated electrical box at my house. I got multiple bids and although Prime was not the cheapest, they sounded the most knowledgeable and honest out of all of the companies that I contacted. They were also the only ones who answered the phone, answered all of my questions, and explained to me the process in detail. I had them do the work and they did a very nice, clean job. The city approved the work on their first visit with no issues. I am very happy with them.

I purchased a Chevrolet Volt and I needed its charger wired and installed. I called Prime Electric. They gave me a reasonable price over the phone and they came out the next morning. When the electrician came out, he confirmed that it will be the same price as what I was quoted, even though he had to do additional work. I had him do the work which was completed on the same day. I am very happy with the work that they did and the customer service was great.

My mom needed some electrical work done. Her circuit breaker was failing and since she's older she doesn't really use the internet much. She asked me to help her find a reliable, and trustworthy electrician, as she's had no real luck in the past. I looked up Prime Electric. Called and scheduled and appointment. They arrived on time, and were able to find the reason the breaker was not working properly. They fixed everything in an hour and gave us some advice on some other electrical questions we had. Ben from Prime Electric installed a 240V plug for my Electric Vehicle charging station at our home in Manhattan Beach. Manhattan Beach requires a building permit for that type of work, and Ben handled that before coming out to do the work. He was very professional and installed the plug with no issues. His work had to be inspected by the city and it passed inspection on the first visit from the building inspector. Ben actually followed up with me to make sure that the work had passed inspection. I recommend Ben and Prime electric for any electric work that you need done. I will definitely use him again for any work that requires the services of an electrician.

Ben came out on short notice and did exemplary work in multiple spots in my home. He installed two ceiling fans, fixed faulty wiring that had been undetected by multiple people and explained everything step by step. I would definitely call this company again for any future need!!

Yesterday I had a power outage and lost power in half of my house. Considering it was Christmas, I expected their price to be astronomical. The lady who answered the phone gave me a fixed price (which was very reasonable) to repair the problem. Jeff came out, diagnosed the problem, and told me that the bar inside of my electrical box is burned out. He took it apart, repaired it, and reinstalled it. He did a great job. Even though it took longer than he thought, he did not charge me extra. All my power is back on again and everything is working good. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality electrical work.
