1 star because it was like twisting they're arm to communicate with them. Only until I would message on Yelp did he respond well. Plus, arranged an appointment and was a no show.
They had rescheduled it the next week same day/time with my husband. I said, NO!! My poor husband was the one waiting & waiting, ....not professional. If they do this, how can I trust their business!

Jordan was the first to respond to my request and gave me a reasonable estimate immediately compared to other responders. He came the next day and he repaired and replaced parts that were not anticipated with expertise and promptness. He answered my questions and kept me updated on his progress. Best Electricians i have ever worked with!!! Quoted over 5 companies, most reasonably priced electricians.

Jordan has done a complete overhaul of my house with changing circuit breakers, moving the panel to a room vs bathroom, moving/relocating power for oven, dishwasher, replacing all 2,3 way switches etc...

Quotes were accurate, they never nickel and dime me on small requests i made on top of the original quote.

It was great to be able to coordinate a quote through yelp/text as well as set up the day to start the job. I reached out to Primary Electric Hawaii on 14 Apr and they completed my project on 19 Apr.

I'm 100% satisfied with the cost, communication, methods of payments and the fact that they replaced my circuit breaker and three ceiling fans in one afternoon.
