I requested to have 2 solar lights placed on the front of our house to light up our front yard and as soon as I requested on yelp for service Jordan was quick to reply to my request. Not only that, he remained in contact with me as we waited for delivery of the solar lights. He gave me a quote as well which I agreed upon. Excellent communication and today he came to install the lights with his other partner. Fast, efficient, on time and courteous. I will be installing my of the solar lights soon. Hire these guys!! I only write yelp reviews for exceptionally good or especially bad services. Primary Electric Hawaii is freakin great! My hair dryer suddenly caused the electricity in my bathroom and bedroom to shut off. It was a tricky situation because only certain sockets were affected and the breaker switch wasn't tripped. So I got a few quotes from Yelp and P.E.H. had the best price and the best reviews. I got an appointment for the next day. Yay! Brandon showed up early for the appointment and was polite and professional. He gave it his best effort checking out multiple sockets trying to figure out the issue. But after several hours, he had to call in for back up which couldn't come in till the next day, which was fine. (My house has a lot of mystery difficulties, so I'm used to lengthy repairs.) The next day, Brandon came back with boss, Jordan. It turned out to be an issue that needed two people to check different outputs simultaneously. They were done in about 15 minutes. The total cost was much lower than I anticipated. I'm thinking it's because they took longer to fix the issue than they anticipated... I'm not sure, but they weren't out to charge me for every minute they worked. In my opinion, Primary Electric Hawaii is an honest, competent company with reasonable rates and excellent people. We will definitely call them with any electrical needs in the future.

Primary Electric was great. We worked well together over text to share details about my problem so that when they arrived, they quickly and masterfully diagnosed what my electrical issue was and had it fixed within an hour or two. The price was right and I'd recommend them to anyone.

The electrician from primary electric hawaii was the 1st to respond to my work order request. He was very communicative, fast and efficient. He took care of my issues and I have no complaints. I had him booked again for the upcoming Monday to fix a ceiling fan but will have to reschedule due to my budget being a bit tight before the holidays. All in all, I'm satisfied with the work and I recommend this business.

Jordan came to look at our house on a Sunday within a half hour of contacting on Yelp, which was amazing service. He provided a really competitive quote after walking through our home and addressing how we might install bathroom exhaust fans. Ultimately we decided to abandon the project, but I would hire Jordan and team in a flash next time we need electrical work.

Prompt quality service but very Expensive. They came once to determine the circuit was blown, which took about 10 minutes and costed $275. Then they came to replace the part which i had shipped through Home Depot. The repair visit took about 10 minutes for which i was charged around $125, a reduced price since i purchased the $50 part myself. I learned an expensive lesson. Next time, I'll do it myself!
