Pride Electric emphasizes our dedication to quality and skilled work. We specialize in electrical solutions for homes and businesses, covering everything from fixtures such as security and recessed lighting to receptacles, whole house fans, panel upgrades, generators, and solar or EV chargers. We can handle projects in homes, mobile homes, RVs, commercial properties, offices, and more. We bring more than 30 years of experience and two decades in business to every project.
After becoming a licensed electrician, I founded my business in 1999. I have had the opportunity to teach at WECA and Butte College. My goal is to deliver exceptional service to customers at fair prices. We are dedicated to being detailed, punctual, and professional in our work.
With over 30 years in the electrical industry and nearly 20 years as a licensed contractor, I stay updated with the latest advancements. My goal is to ensure my customers receive the latest and best solutions. I am a proud father of two amazing daughters, Zariah, who is 19, and Katelyn, who is 8. Christy, my wife, and I have shared 16 years of marriage. In my free time, I enjoy riding dirt bikes, spending time with friends and family, and watching movies. I pour my heart into every job, and I will do the same for you!

Camille M.Don't trust Pride Electric! I was new to Chico last year and found Tim on the web and am sorry I did. It's been a year now since Tim said he would fix the outlets and switches that Tim's inexperienced crew screwed up. I paid Tim over $10,000 in cash and feel ripped off. His crew does not have the knowledge and training to do unsupervised work. Tim is more interested in selling customers expensive equipment than doing the job he was hired to do. Tim is very knowledgable but was rarely on-site and lacks communication skills. He is also stubborn and didn't listen to me when I told him where an outlet needed to go in my kitchen and the job had to be redone by an employee who lacked training. Heed my warning.
John D.Tim actually does good work, but he brings his kids with him to the jobsite and you have to constantly walk around behind him picking up cigarette butts. He is also on the expensive side compared to other electricians I have hired in the past. This is the second time he worked here, both times he was subcontracted by other contractors. This last time was by a company that put in my solar system. He is no longer working with them. Nuff said?

Elizabeth C.We've used Pride Electric for a number of jobs from commercial (complete electric service for new metal ag building as well as several smaller on-farm jobs) to residential (whole house fan installation, pump fix, as well as several smaller home jobs). Tim is very fair and very competitively priced. He's also extremely knowledgeable and we have no qualms calling him because we know he will provide the best service.
Our projects have been on time, the work is consistently excellent, on or under budget, and I would highly recommend Tim and company.
