EXCEPTIONAL! Ultimate in customer service from my initial phone call to completion of service. The day before Idina I found out I needed the entire meter box and outdoor circuit box completely replaced. Numerous companies couldn't (or wouldn't) help. I sent pictures via text and within 2 hours Jeremy and Brandon showed up. Compassionate and kind, they immediately went to work. It was extremely hot and this was not a small job. Everyone I was in contact with here made it their mission to help.
After a horrible, disgusting experience with Helme Electric the same day, Preston Link Electric was a ray of hope. I'll never even consider using anyone else. I am proud to recommend this company.

I had three fans not working and called Preston-Link at 10:00 am. They said they would put me on a wait list and by 1:00 pm my fans were fixed. Jeremy was my technician. He was careful and professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again. I probably just lucked out getting them so quickly as they are usually booked up, but I am very glad i chose them.

Everything about this company is great, from the customer service on the phone to those who come out and work on the property. I have used them twice and they were nothing but quick and professional both times.
I also appreciate that the pricing is reasonable, and don't charge an ""inspection"" fee. You tell them what you need done, and they'll do it.

They came and gave an estimate but never followed up on scheduling. Everything is a 2-hour minimum regardless of simple jobs. Took my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! Unresponsive, uncooperative, and unapologetic. I wanted an appraisal of the electrical panel at a property I was purchasing, so I scheduled an appointment with the electrician (Wil) for 10:30 AM on a Monday, took a half-day off work to be there across town (with my realtor), and got there at 10:24 AM only to find a door tag saying I missed my appointment and to schedule another one. I called to ask what happened and only got, ""Yeah, Wil keeps his own time, even though we tell him you need to keep an appointment."" So, this is obviously a known problem that they just don't care about. No thanks, I'll be going elsewhere. Clearly, I can't speak to their electric abilities, since they won't be doing any work for me.

They did an amazing job in installing a very complicated, 300+ piece crystal glass chandelier. They even installed a dimmer and switched the electrical outlets to match the new plate and the entire installation. Unfortunately, my iPhone camera doesn't have enough pixels to capture how it really looks...
