The estimate we received was fair and the service was exceptional. Everyone at Prestige were professional and courteous. Eddie, VP of Sales, listened to what we wanted. Made suggestions but never pushy. Hector and his crew were always on time, patient, hard working and very attentive to detail. Normally, my husband does the home projects but this time we decided to hire out and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. I absolutely LOVE my bathroom!! Loved that they showed ip in masks, helped us feel safe. We had 3 ceiling fans installed. The price was very reasonable and the finished work was well done. I only had one issue and that was that the electrician left a mess in the bedrooms. Our daughter who has a 1yr old stay downstairs and there was some glass and wires left in the carpet. Thank God she noticed it and cleaned it up before the baby could get hurt. I called the owner who apologized for the mess left by his electrician and said he would come over immediately to clean it all up. I informed him that it was all picked up and that I just needed him to know as to avoid this kind of feedback. Because the owner was willing to come over on the spot, and the fans were all installed well, I will use them again if I have another project that needs to get done.
