We bought home that two years ago and have had a of trouble with the not being wired correctly. Breakers keep popping. Multiple Receptacles are on one light switch. I would not hire them.

I am a property manager and have had Prestige Electric as my main electric vendor for at least 4 years. I have been extremely happy with the work AND the communication. When I receive the invoice there are always pictures of the work attached and an explanation of the work required. 5 star company.

Scheduled them to install a transfer switch outside of my house to hook up a generator about a month ago which was supposed to take place last Monday. The morning of, they called me to tell me that the electrician called out sick and they cannot send anyone. I'd have to reschedule with Lucinda and she would call me the next morning. 2pm the next day, no call yet. I called her, no answer. Called the general service line,no answer. I sent emails and left voicemails which were not responded to. The following day, I finally got a hold of Lucinda. No apologies for the issues so far, but rescheduled for that Saturday morning at 8Am. I went out of town and came back today(Monday), just to find out that yet again, the haven't sent anyone nor call for an explanation. I called Lucinda, no response. Called the office, no response. This company is a joke. Do not waste your time and energy on them. They obviously are unprofessional and do not care about the clients.

Needed to have our HVAC brought up to code. Multiple companies came out and quoted around $450. Prestige Electric was one of them, but the final bill came to $699.00. I attempted to contact the company via phone and email to determine why there was over a 50% difference in price. They NEVER responded to me, I would NOT recommend them based on that customer service.

Scheduled with them to have someone come out to look over a job and provide an estimate. Had a date and time arranged but nobody showed up when they were supposed to. About two hours after the person was supposed to arrive a technician called asking if the office had notified me that they would not be able to make it out. Nope. They said the office should be in touch the following day to reschedule, they did not call me to reschedule and I did not hear from Prestige Electric again.

I had contacted three electrical companies, also All Phases and CDW, to provide quotes so Prestige eliminated themselves.

DON'T BOTHER. I left my name and number twice but they never called back. I wish I could give them a zero-star rating.

Quick to respond to my inquiry but no follow through. The women was also not very nice. She acted as if we were a bother to her.
Response was ""can't help you today or Friday"" very nonchalantly!!!!
Not nice or business like at all.
And then never even called us back when she said she would.

Called for Service on Sunday, left a message with the answering service gal that I wanted an appointment as early as possible on Monday due to issues with electric panel. Called Monday at 9:30 and spoke with a gentleman and told him I wanted an appointment ASAP. He said Lucinda did the scheduling and she wouldn't be in for another 45 minutes or so. Today is Tuesday and I still haven't heard from them. Called Advanced and he answered the phone and called me back as promised. Have an appointment at 2 p.m.

Fantastic, honest and efficient electricians. I had a new AC system installed in a rental I own. The AC company hired this company. There was a problem unrelated to the AC and when they called to advise me the electrician was specific and articulate. They gave me a great price for the work and did it in a timely manner.

These guys did nothing but waste my time.

I had a minor electrical job I needed done in my house. I needed estimates by close of business and needed the job done within 48 hours. Prestige Electric was eager to respond to my inquiry and schedule time to come provide an estimate by noon.

I had scheduled a series of electricians to come by at various points in the day, and Prestige failed to show up within their specified timeslot and provide the estimate. I called their office to inquire as to when they would be coming by, and the operator informed me it's MY responsibility to call their service technician and find out if he was coming by.

I do not understand why the operator did not have a copy of the technician's schedule handy.. and why SHE could not call him to find out where he was. In most of my dealings with contractors, the technicians usually are responsible for calling into the main office when they are leaving a job and either telling the office where they are heading next, or finding out where they are heading next.

Regardless, it is hardly the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to keep track of where YOUR technicians are!

By the end of the day, I had selected and hired another electrician to do the job within the budget and schedule alloted. The technician from Prestige Electric did call me from their main office late in the afternoon to inform me he didn't make it by noon (duh) and to find out if he could come by the next day. Sorry, but I needed estimates today, and you wasted my time and missed the boat, pal. What really nailed the coffin closed for me was the office's requirement that I track down their employee.. That is freaking priceless.
