I used Premo to replace a ceiling fan a few weeks ago, and I was so impressed with their service, that I bought a 2nd fan for another room and had them install that one as well. Another one of their electricians, Nathan, had the new one up in less than 30 minutes and it runs perfectly. he was on time, neat, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable....and all at a great price. I would not hesitate to use Premo again in the future. thank you.... Great work once again!

Bobby and Richard called ahead, showed up right on time, were friendly and professional and knowledgeable, and most importantly, they did an amazing job wiring up an overhead light / fan in our master bedroom. They ran into a couple of snags during the installation process but had the tools and the know-how to to resolve them cleanly and with no fuss. This was a great experience and I wish we'd called them years ago. Would highly recommend!

Good electricians, but way too expensive , absolutely not worth it. How could it take 1 1/2 hours to figure out that my photocell sensor ( sensor that detects when it's dark and automatically turn on all lights connected to that circuit) is busted. If you could do it yourself then just do it.

This is an amendment to the earlier review I gave. The service made a very generous offer not to charge anything for the good job done because of miscommunication about their billing rates. They did a very nice job installing the light fixture and I offered to pay what I thought was reasonable fee for the work done. I am sure there would be other people like me who would choose their service based on the good ratings they have and the number of people who gave good reviews.

As an owner of more than 30 rental units, I expect the utmost professionalism and reliability when hiring a contractor to conduct work on my premises, especially when such properties are inhabited by tenants. Not only has Premo Electric's services met my standards, they have far exceeded them. I will trust no other electric company to handle my electrical needs for my rental properties.

I hired Premo Electric to inspect the interior electric panels of all my inhabited units and I could not be more satisfied with the services rendered. The two electricians (Benny and Richard) showed up on time, treated my tenants with respect when conducting the inspections, and provided me with a detailed report as to the status of each of the electric panels along with recommendations to ensure the panels will maximize their utility and effectiveness.

As a result of these inspections, three of the units required panel replacements as their integrity were severely compromised as a result of wear and tear throughout the life of the units (built in the mid-1970s). Richard expertly replaced one of the panels last Friday and had another one scheduled this morning. Like in the initial inspection of the panels, Richard showed up on time and treated my tenants with the utmost professionalism by allowing them to fully wake up (he arrived by 8 AM on a holiday) and get the unit ready for his service.

Upon concluding the scheduled panel replacement, Richard inspected another electrical panel in another unit, one that was not available in the initial inspection stage, and discovered this electrical panel required immediate replacement - so much so he deemed this an emergency and proceeded to acquire the necessary parts to conduct the job. He eventually completed this second replacement by 8:15 PM; however, even after engaging in more than a full days' work, he inspected the final remaining unit that was unavailable during the initial round of inspections.

In all, Richard manage to complete everything by 8:30 PM and, despite the exhausting full days' work, still engaged in a professional and upbeat attitude as we settled the final account. I cannot begin to extol the virtues of Richard's performance today as he dutifully put in yeoman's work; I cannot emphasize my sincere appreciation of the services rendered today.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Premo Electric and I will exclusively use their services for any and all of my electrical needs in the future.

It is no surprise this company garners a multitude of five-star reviews on Yelp.

If you need an electrician, you will not be disappointed with Premo Electric.

WOW!! Talk about customer service! these guys are amazing. For a couple of months now I have been trying to find an electrician. The problem is noone wanted to give me an estimate over the phone, and since I work all the time, it was really hard to find an appointment time that would work. Premo covered me on both ends!! their scheduling was very flexible and they came first thing in the morning. The guy was professional, friendly, and got straight to work. Any time billing is by the hour, I hate to sit around and chat. This guy got right to it. Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem, but he stopped time when he went to pick up the necessary pieces. To top it all off, one of the installed pieces was faulty, so when I called to see if they'd come back, they did NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! I would encourage ANYONE looking for electrical work done to call Premo Electric

I have a 46 year old house with a 46 year old screeching bathroom fan. A month ago the screeching stopped for good and I needed to replace the ventilation fan. I called an electrician who looked at it from below, then poked his head into the attic and pronounced that it could not be done because of the hard vent (not flexible) to the roof and the narrow location of the attic area. Needless to say I was discouraged. I already purchased the fan from Amazon and was going to have to return it and possibly have a window installed in my bathroom. I decided to get a second opinion and that is when I called Premo Electric, definitely the CAN DO GUYS! I called them and they were available that saturday morning. On Saturday Richard called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived on time. He took the time to lay down tarps and respect my home, and examined the fan and after actually going up into the attic he proclaimed it was no problem! Richard & Premo Electric accomplished within an hour and a half what another electrician had proclaimed was impossible. Thank you Premo Electric, and Richard for great work doing the impossible!

I've hired Premo Electric on multiple occasions first I have to say the customer service is above the 5 stars if they had 10 stars this would be for them. George personally is a very good person and very reliable. First I want to say thank you Premo Electric for installing and designing all my LED recessed lighting.

George an team personally installed over 125 led recessed lights in my home it may seem like a lot but I have a very big Estate and they were able to design and install all my lighting throughout my home and I got to say I'm very pleased with the way that it turned out. My wife and I we're a little concerned about our kids bedroom in the light that would be installed inside the rooms. Premo Electric and team were able to install dimmers on the lights so that it wasn't too bright but also wasn't too Dim as well. The dimmers also came with the night light so you put it all the way down one of the lights stay on a little bit without turning the light switch all the way off so it wasn't too bright this was extremely awesome and they did it in the perfect design.

The lighting project took approximately three and a half to 4 days and throughout the whole time they were very very clean it's amazing I don't even think our live in maid has cleaned as much and as good as Premo Electric and team has done. Overall, I see we're all very good reviews come from and I am very impressed. Not only was the quality amazing but the finish is absolutely phenomenal. I'm not the usual person to praise about someone's work but these guys are the real deal and I would highly recommend them if you're going to be doing any type of lighting throughout your home thank you George and also Premo Electric for your help you have been absolutely amazing more than you would ever know.

What was really important to me was the fact they were able to give a fairy accurate over the phone estimate so it did not require a fall in home consultation. They had written a estimate with a few questions that they had asked me so I was able to get a very accurate price for the actual work this save me time which is money and overall was a perfect experience.

I had contacted Premo Electric based on the Yelp reviews they have. I had emailed George with the thing I needed done (outdoor outlet) an to trouble why I didn't have power in certain places In the house, George responded to me in a very timely manner answering all my questions an gave me a estimate/prices for the things I need done.
George had scheduled me for a 8am on the 14th for the work to be done, his electrician Benny called me an told me what time he would be arriving he was very prompt, he fixed all the issues I had Inside the house, and installed the outdoor outlet that I had requested his work was very nice an clean, I was very impressed with Premo Electric/Bennny and the quality of work that preformed

Wow, just wow! I am rarely speechless. When it comes to things like electrical/air conditioning/moving/etc I'm always super nervous. I don't like reading sketchy reviews and I don't trust anything with less than 100 reviews. Finding an electrician for the bathroom socket I blew out with a hair dryer was a very daunting task. However after three months, I finally decided that I couldn't deal with getting ready in the closet mirror. I ended up calling Premo Electric and I am so happy I did.

First, they were able to come the next day. Yes it was at 7am but I was seriously shocked with the availability. Second, he actually arrived at 7am! Okay three minutes earlier which I don't believe ever happens in the history of appointments. Third, Richard was awesome! He was nice, understanding, fully diagnosed the problem and was friendly in the process. The entire visit took less than 30 minutes which was the minimum quoted time on the phone (that never happens). He also gave me options on either putting the unit back in or replacing it without trying to overly sway me one way or the other. It felt honest and when I decided to replace whatever it was (I'm not an electrician), I was comfortable with doing so. Definitely 5 stars. I would use Premo Electric again in a heartbeat (let's just hope I don't have to).
