First of all, the response reply turn around is immediate even if you leave a voice-mail. I'm not sure I care for the blasts that get sent out to numerous businesses only to get a call several days later. When you have electrical issues, sometimes it just can't wait. Richard is the person to speak and very professional and listens to your needs. I have to say that Sean, the installer went above and beyond what was needed, in a timely manner saving me money as well. Some companies are just too big and too busy to address your needs. Their fact that the job was done right before the holidays was a miracle in itself. This is the second time I had to use them and they will continue to get my business.

We have used them for large and small electrical projects. This last time I called them out for our breaker and to fix a few outlets. I feel so bad because I wrote out the guys name and lost the paper. He was amazing he was very professional and super quick and went above and beyond to assist and fix everything on my list. I believe his name was Niall eekk I hope that was it. I had reset my breaker incorrectly and he was so awesome he literally wrote on my breaker box instructions on how to reset the breaker! I couldn't believe that like that was so incredibly helpful, I was shocked it was so thoughtful! I wouldn't trust my houses electrical to any other company.

Premo Electric was able to get me into their schedule in a timely manner and was quick to respond to all of my questions about adding an extra circuit for AC.
On the actual day of the job, Sean and Christian helped us with running an AC circuit, they were professional, efficient and communicative. A few weeks later there was an issue with my EV charger, they came out to take a look on the day we called them with issues about our EV charger. I spoke with Richard and he sent a gentleman out to diagnose the issue which basically revolves around loose wires. Issue was fixed right there and then at no extra costs/charges. Premo Electric will take care of any and all electric needs, I highly recommend them as they are quick to respond to calls and will only offer solutions instead of excuses!

Niall at Premo did an excellent job. They came to my house within 1 hour of posting the job and have the issue diagnosed in 2. Then, he came back a few days later to hang some new light fixtures and rewired my 2 GFI outlets. Great electricians. I highly recommend.

The process is easy... had been looking for a company that is knowledgeable and reputable that can install a tesla charger. Scheduled it and done. Technician arrive on the time ask both Christian and Sean work on this project, as I can say with experience they explain to me the process and what needed to be done, gave suggestion and the clean up as they finish. Both work extremely professional and gave time to explain what they do... I would recommend this company and Christian and Sean to work on your tesla charge
