Fair! And not a rip off like the other gouchers for a hour worth of work that had responded to the bid.

I highly recommend this gentleman and he will be my go to from now on and for anyone who asks if I have a recommendation.

I almost didn't go with him because he didn't have a lot of reviews compared to others.

As a business owner I do know that happy satisfied people are not the ones that usually Yelp.

These days when you actually get good service we should because it's a rare trait sad to say.

Juan came to my home as I needed some electrical work done. This man is not just efficient but is a very nice person. Very polite and doesn't make you feel he is rushing to another job. To me, how your treat people speaks volumes and this gentleman is what needs to be a model for in all service-related industries. When I made my inquiry about the job he was not only quick in replying but his price was way better than others who replied. I was so please with his work that I have hired him for future projects. Great service is something you tell your family and friends about. To say the least, I was very, very pleased. I feel I have found my permanent electrician.

There was a problem with the floors that were installed by Juan and his guys. I called, I texted and I called again. It's been months now and the problems are still there.

First, the trim doesn't match. He said they ran out of the first trim and went with what they could get. You'd think they could at least get trim that could come close to matching, but nope. Look at the photos. It looks horrible. Not only does the trim not match, but it's pulling up in places. Finally, they didn't even paint around the the stairs to finish it.

Juan, you used to do great work, but this is beyond disappointing. This is not $5,000 worth of work and the finishing is shoddy. After months of asking for this to be fixed, I'll do it myself. At least I'll know it's right and I don't have to look at this horrible work in my home every day.

We needed an extra power outlet installed in a spare bedroom, because we had recently renovated the room and realized too late that we didn't account for some of the more pragmatic needs of actually using that room. Juan's team was quick to respond, offered a competitive rate (even though it was a small job, the bids were all over the place), and his team handled it quickly. They were communicative and conscientious (wore booties and masks, unprompted). I now have his team bookmarked for any other future electrician related needs, as I would happily work with them again.

Agreed on a price. $4,000.00
Gave a lead time of 2 weeks.
One week before I called to confirm on the agreed date.
He confirmed.

On the date he was supposed to do the work. He never showed up, I call him, no answer, voice mailbox full.
I called later no answer.
I called him from a blocked number, and he picked up on second ring...

He told me he needed more time to see IF he can do the project.

Complete waste of my time. I don't know how he is in business.
