We had an outlet outside go out. Premier was one of the few that was willing to come out to give an estimate without a set hourly fee before even looking at the problem. Lost power to the lights & plugs on the west side of the house. Alvaro quickly narrowed the problem to a loose connection somewhere, but had to meet a city inspector to close out another job & promised to come back later. True to his word he returned later that evening to finish our job replacing a fried connector with a new box & switches. Saved us a bunch of money knowing how to troubleshoot the problem and isolate the best fix. Alvaro of Premier Power Electric is the best!!!

He checked every outlet to make sure everything was working and he helped us better understand the load that our outlets can take so we don't have the same problem again. I highly recommend Premier. We called after hours on a Friday night and they were out first thing Saturday morning. The technician Oliver was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. They are great with technology, sending text messages to confirm appointments and let you know when they are on the way and arriving. I can't think of how they could have offered better service.
