AWESOME! Premier went above and beyond the call of duty to help us wire up our generator for Hurricane Irma at the last minute. Leon kept us posted on timing of his visit and took his time to explain everything to us. He's running 4 trucks so it's quite possible that those with negative reviews had bad experiences with employees other then him and/or ones that are no longer there for a reason. We will most definitely use them again!

Would give zero stars. Took over a week so far to fix problem (not fixed yet). Doesn't let you know when coming and doesn't show up, when shows up, doesn't have what he needs.

I don't know what has gone wrong with this company but they used to be reliable and good. I scheduled work and they were a no show with excuses after I called them. Gave them a second chance since I had used them a year earlier and the guy who came out was great. However, they were a no show again and I still had to track them down to see what was going on. I decided after another lame excuse that I had enough and got someone else.
