Wired new construction. Tried to get plans since repair electricians all say it's confusing. Premier won't answer the phone. Had to pay over $20,000 to have outlets retwired after 2 fires because Premier's work was so defective. License should be revoked.

Premier did the wiring on our new home. After two months the under counter lights quit working. I contacted them and they repaired them. Now they have failed again. I have called repeatedly but no one ever answers. I left numerous messages and finally they sent an electrician out. He found the problem but said he needed to order the parts. I was told it would take a couple of weeks to get the parts. That was almost two months ago and despite my best efforts, I can not reach them either by phone or e-mail. This is not good customer service and I would do my home work before using this firm. Initially, I thought they were excellent but am very frustrated now with their lack of response.
