He replaced the ballast and the lights in the bathroom but the lights were still flickering and not fully turning on. He couldnt tell what the problem was. He said he would consult some of his colleagues and let us know. He left and we havent heard from him since.
We paid him for the two hours he was at our home.

I highly recommend Justin at Premier Electric. We had used another company previously and were very pleased with them, however they had some major changes that made their availability change drastically, so we looked elsewhere. We needed a 220 line installed for a spa/hot tub. I looked at the reviews and saw the fantastic reviews for Justin and Premier. He came out the same day that I contacted him to give us an estimate. It took a week or so before he could schedule us in, but it was worth the wait. He arrived today as scheduled and got the job done in less time than he estimated. He was very nice, polite and professional. One of the things I liked the most is that he cleaned up after himself. He had to go up into the attic, so the insulation made a bit of a mess, but when he was done you would never know anyone had gone up there. He also cleaned up outside where he ran the line and put in the control panel. Hopefully we won't need an electrician again for a while, but when and if we do, we will definitely call him.

I called Justin looking to have about 200 feet of 220v line run for my spa install. He came to my place in the afternoon to give me a quote and less than a week later he had the line installed! Justin is very flexible with his scheduling and was willing to work around me and my work schedule. His attention to detail to make it look clean and smooth was awesome, he pulled up flagstone walkway and you cannot even tell it was moved. Highly recommend Premier Electric for any of your electrical needs!

Justin was extremely flexible scheduling my appointment to hang a new chandelier in the entryway of our house. He was able to come out the next day, and actually showed up early (which is unheard of nowadays). Justin was extremely friendly, professional, and had the work done in no time. I was hoping to find a licensed electrician that could replace my Trilogy at Monarch Dunes entry light fixture that was 15-feet above the floor. I read that someone in this development had used Justin. My Dale Evers jellyfish sculpture was waiting in Paso Robles for a morning I could have an electrician ready to install it. Justin Donovan of Premier Electric was here at 11AM yesterday just after Tim of Dale Evers Studio arrived. Justin discovered we would need an adjustable coupling to secure it to the ceiling. He spent more time than his invoice reflected.

Justin is awesome. I have had him do several projects here at the house. He always shows up on time. He is honest, transparent on the work being done and if it is something simple he even lets you watch and learn what he is doing. I am planning on doing a major electrical project at the house and you can bet he is the first one I am calling. I even let him do work at the house without anyone being present, indoors and out.

Justin showed up early, friendly greeting, firm hand shake and got to work. He installed two flush mount outdoor light fixtures and wired a bathroom exhaust fan I installed. Justin finished the job in a timely manner, he also pointed out an issue with wiring and damage to a light fixture. He repaired the light fixture and the wiring issue. Fair price and quality work. I would recommend Justin for your electrical needs.
