Had an arc breaker tripping every few minutes. Called mike and he came over within an hour. Spent time with me trying every option and figuring out what was going on. Even went in the attic in 120 degrees to troubleshoot.
At the end found that the problem was a burnt wire in one of the many outlets I have in the room.

We called out Mike when we had an emergency situation and he came right out! The main switch box into our house had to be turned off by PG&E as the switches were burning out. One switch was completely melted. So that we would not be without power he worked on and off throughout the day to replace the whole electric panel, fit it into the wall and restore power the same day. He helped us deal with permits and with inspection from the city. Perfect- we could not have asked for better service. If you have a problem I think you could rely on Mike and his company to solve it quickly, efficiently and economically.

Highly satisfied with Mike and Premier Electric! He was recommended by the AC company I contracted to install a mini split AC in my bedroom. It required new wiring from the power box downstairs up through 2nd floor through ceiling crawl space then across the house then down to the 1st floor to power the outdoor unit. Mike and Andy took great care to measure, assess, measure again, trial drill, assess... To ensure the job is done right and clean the first time! Mike is very professional and personable. He was so nice and understanding even I had to reschedule my job the night before it was first scheduled. MIKE KEENE WITH PREMIER ELECTRIC IS THE BEST!

I had called an electrician who I had used a couple of times previously. He never called back and I am grateful because I called Premier Electric instead and I can't say enough about how happy I am with Premier's service. Mike (the owner) came out within 30 minutes of my phone call. He came out in even though it was after hours because I had a potentially dangerous situation with a burnt out breaker. (Keep in mind, the other electrician knew an electrical fire could have started but he didn't bother to call back - so not all electricians are concerned with emergencies!)

When Mike came back the second time to complete the work, he was once again, punctual, professional, friendly, and fair. He even showed me the receipt for the parts that he had to buy to finish the job. He didn't take advantage of me just because I am a woman.

I would not hesitate to call him again. Thank you Mike! You have restored my faith in contractors!
