I hired Frank and his team to run some 220v in my commercial business. Frank came out quickly and provided me some much needed advice which saved us a ton of work and money. Their work was done quickly and looks great. I'm kind of a stickler on the details. There work was very clean and professional.

Frank always got back to me by text, call, or email in a reasonable time. He took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I really appreciate that.

A couple months after the install I was having some un-related electrical issues with a piece of machinery. I was confident that his work was done correctly, but to rule out any issues I called him to ask him a few questions. He completely answered them to my satisfaction... but without being prompted, he offered to come by and check all of his work to make sure their wasn't an issue. Within and hour he was at my shop checking and rechecking his work. He even looked at my equipment to see if there was anything he could do to help. He spent at least an hour helping and never charged me a dime.

Frank's a good guy that runs an honest business. He does the best he can. His prices are good and he treated us very fairly. I'd highly recommend him and his team if you have any electrical needs.

Frank and his team with Premier Electric was prompt on time, thorough in explanations, and fair in pricing, when I needed recessed lights installed in the kid's game room a few months ago. Since they finished in a very timely manner and I was very pleased with the outcome of the installation, I have called on Frank to come and install additional ceiling fans, as well as taking care of outlet issues. I highly recommend Premier Electric for your electrical needs!

Well there goes me looking good for my employer. Planned a month ago to have this business come out and every time it's like sorry still busy let's plan next week. Never came out and then I call and he tells me sorry I'll come out next week. This goes on and on. Still nothing, so why even tell a possible new client you will do the work and you don't come and do it? Why lie? It's unprofessional and makes me look bad for assuming I am going to hire a legit company to come and do the work.

Although he seemed competent over the phone he never returned texts, emails, or phone calls after I received the quote. I threw away $85 for a quote plus lost a few weeks trying to set up the job. Now that I've given up and contacted another electrician it turns out his quote was almost double the going price. Thank goodness he didn't return my calls.

Frank came over within two hours of my call and had no clue what he was in for. What I thought would be an easy fix turned out to be a much more ""intricate"" problem (read: it's an old house) and he was completely understanding and patient. Couldn't recommend him or Premier more. Thank you Frank!!

Was a little late to the appointment but he diagnosed the problem of a bad outlet so quick! Then fixed it just as quickly. In and out which made up for being a little late. Highly recommend! Reasonable price and very knowledgeable!

Very easy to deal with! Contacted Frank the night before on Yelp and got a response back within 30 minutes. He came out the next morning and promptly fixed the issue. I love the fast response and service. I would recommend!

Frank, the owner of Premier Electric, and his associate provided exemplary service in replacing six old and worn electrical outlets with new receptacles, and coming back a second time to remove a burned out overhead light fixture and install a new model, so I will at last have sufficient light to read in bed at night without straining to see. And, he went above the call of duty by working under a heavy poster bed to change out the last worn plug.

Prices charged for services and supplies were very reasonable, and two of two times Premier Electric arrived on the dot at the agreed upon time to meet. All work was professionally and capably carried out, and there is simply nothing negative to report. Without hesitation, I expect to call upon Premier Electric for all of my future electrical service needs.

Frank at Premier Electric was great! A recent winter storm caused a tree branch to cut our power lines coming into our house from the street. Edison came out at 9PM and said we needed to call an electrician because the damage was on ""our side"". I started calling electricians the next morning at 8 o'clock. Frank was the only one who answered his phone. I explained what happened. He had me text over a couple pictures and he called me right back with a quote. He said he could be at my place at 12PM the same day to complete the work. We had 4 feet of snow on the ground and roads were icy. He arrived on time and did the work quickly. He took the time to explain how the damage occurred and what he was doing to fix it. I will not hesitate to use Premier Electric again. In fact, I already gave their card to my parents, who need a 220v line put in to power a spa.
