I learned electricity at technical school and completed my studies with a grant to Bessemer State Tech. I worked with several electrical contractors in the Birmingham area while completing my apprenticeship and journeyman training. I met the state criteria of training hours and was able to sit for the assessment for Master electrician, passing on my first go.
