we hope you treat your customers better than you treat those with whom you are a customer. if you make a reservation, show up in person to sign the contract and take responsibility for the rental, don't send a surrogate who has been a previous customer and to whom we would not rent again. we did not refuse to rent to you, we simply asked that you come in and sign the agreement in person and present your own credit card.
your foul language and bad attitude were indicative of you not understanding the process and anger at us not capitulating to your demands. we are sure that you do not allow your customers to tell you how to wire a house and call you a ""piece of sh*t"".
