I highly recommend Christopher. He is my go -to handyman now. He's done several jobs for me and all were done well. He's gone above and beyond doing some extras that saved me time and money. I had an issue with carpet installation with another company and I sent him a message asking what to do and he rushed in and got everything resolved for me on his own time. He's very friendly, reliable, does great work, and is affordable.

Do not use this company! Christopher has lied to the landlord of a property I manage for months, delaying the completion of the property by about 12 weeks now. He demanded a large deposit and then did not do the work. When we all met him to question him about how things were not done, he did nothing but make excuses after excuses. He hired a young, inexperienced guy to do the work. The house is a mess, overspray on everything (the floors, the wooden banister, the doors...l mean EVERYTHING). The painting was never complete and he had the landlord then put the new carpet it! We demanded the deposit back and he is refusing! The landlord is suing him for the reckless way in which he did not handle this job. He is not a professional at all, just an excuse maker. He got upset at my husband and I when we met the landlord at the property and told him what a bad job he did. He told me that I ""insulted him in front of his client"". Well, his client called me over there to get involved as the landlord was tired of his excuses and poor work. I will post pics soon to display what I am talking about. He also tried to give me another company name he goes under which is a LLC so he's ""protected"" personally from being sued. He was not smart enough to use the same name on his invoices.

It has been a long search to find a handyman who is qualified, knowledgeable and responds to phone calls! I'm happy to say I've finally found my handyman in Precision Property Services. Christopher was very responsive to my inquiries. He arrived on time, completed the work I requested and charged exactly the price he quoted. Such fantastic service!
