Spent 4000.00 to test every outlet and fixture they gave me a three year warrenty on the repair. One month later outside light went out. They said i needed a new fixture and left. Did not call me until after tech left. Now they want to charge me for the repair and wont back up the warranty.

Called this past Wednesday and had the pleasure of speaking to Rose. She was able to arrange for Mike Jensen to come out later that day and provide a quote for installation of of a dedicated electrical line in our office. We accepted and he and his assistant came on Friday and completed the job to our satisfaction. Very happy we called Precision One.

Quick and easy appointment time and confirmation of appointment time with Mike showing up on time for the first appointment. Second appointment no confirmation but they showed up and I was home so they completed the job. Both Mike and his helper were polite and nice and helpful. Both dispatch people were nice as well. First time cleaned up and left the job taking boxes with them. There were some marks in the ceiling they left but over all a good job., had to hire a painter to paint the ceiling. Second time came to to finish due to purchase error on my behalf, they hung the light fixture but left a mess and the box. Some communication issues but over all ok work. Dispatch was a little less professional when there were a few complaints. Still tipped the guys but they were less accommodating second time due to complaints about the marks on ceiling and the fixture that was too small and they were already paid. Ok company but definitely some communication issues.

I'm so happy I chose Precision One! Rey was professional, respectful and arrived on time. I live in a HOA community which requires multiple insurance assurances. Rose, the office manager dove right in to provide all the necessary paperwork required. Again, Rey is the best and didn't overcharge for the work he performed for us which was an automatic earthquake shut off valve on our gas line.

Mike was awesome! He was able to identify the problem really quickly! He worked great even with 4 dogs running around. He was even willing to wait a few moments while I checked in with my roommate about the costs to replace a capacitor. Mike and Marinna (office) were super professional and personable. Mike even took the time to educate me and show me exactly what he was doing. Will be using again for when we do maintenance on the AC unit AND if we ever have AC problems again!

Never have I been so impressed with an electrician and their work before I hired Mike and his Precision One company. They answered their phone on the 2nd ring, scheduled my repair within a day and arrived on time ready to perform the work. Their labor rates were competitive and the job was done in less time than I assumed. Mike made some helpful recommendations and even gave me some comparable quotes. After he left I didn't find a screw or a piece of wire left behind which is very important when you've got small kids and pets like I do.
