On my first call with Daniel he FaceTime'd me to asses the situation, and made a very reasonable estimate and set up an appointment. He showed up on time and diagnosed the issue in minutes, and was also able to save my home's electrical panel. He even showed me how to properly replace our dangerously outdated outlets and switches, which will make our home even safer. I completely recommend Precision Electrical Services to anyone who needs electrical work, especially for those who are worried that they may be taken advantage of, because Daniel is honest, professional, and a nice guy who looks out for his customers.

Problem: Bedroom outlets all not working.

Interaction: I have above average knowledge in electrical issues and circuit trouble shooting. I called the company number and spoke with an electrician (I was so excited by the outcome, I forgot his name). I explained to him my problem and everything I did to troubleshoot the issue. I'm not a professional, but even so, the electrician on the phone pointed me to the solution after I explained my troubleshooting methods. He spoke in technical terms which I could understand and followed his advice. Boom. My specific situation was resolved, at no cost by the way!

Result: I was given free advice over-the-phone and I was not scammed or cheated money. The electrician could have easily charged me full rates for a quick fix. Based on this experience, I fully recommend this company for all your electrical needs because of the honesty and expertise I was provided, even though I did not hire anyone. I also received several quotes from other companies in the Murrieta area, and Precision Electrical Services was still the cheapest. The 5 star reviews this company gets it no joke. If I have a severe issue that I cannot resolve myself, I will definitely hire from this company.

Note: I did not disclose the specificities of my troubleshooting methods as to not interfere with electrical professionals' business. If you are not sure and are not experienced with electricity, I highly recommend to hire a professional, or in this case Precision Electrical Services!

I've used Daniel in the past for residential electrical issues and additions and he is always fair priced and reliable. More important, he does great work. That's why we didn't hesitate to use him for a more complicated (at least to us) commercial job. He added electrical and fans all throughout our building and even stepped up our panel from 208v to 480v. Then part to 400v. Multiple transformers and panels. No problem. Thanks again Daniel!

There is a reason Precision is rated so highly! They do a great job at a very reasonable price. I have used other electrical services in the past, and have always felt like I was being taken advantage of.... Precision does great work, Daniel is a super nice guy and you really feel like he just wants to build his business by doing great work at a fair price. I have used him twice, and will use Precision for all my electrical needs in the future.
