I had several projects from small (ceiling fan installation) to potentially huge (replace low voltage wiring) and Ben was incredible. Prompt (called back right away and would have scheduled the next day but I got sick) very polite, friendly, and patient (explained everything to me, what I could do, needed to do, and also what I did not need to do) and very professional. He problem-solved and offered solutions I wouldn't have thought of...and spotted my unsafe electrical panel/fusebox of whose danger I had no idea -- I then googled it and sure enough its brand is very dangerous--I'm lucky nothing happened. He replaced it, as well as kitchen ceiling lioghtsand installed outdoor motion sensor lights, as well as installling an outdoor outlet. I can't praise him highly enough. Such workmanship and courtesy and promptness are rare things these days. Thank you Ben! I will be calling you again in the future.
