I had a light fixture in my kitchen that had gone bad. Reached out to this company and they gave me a quote with some different options to avoid future problems. The price was good compared to other quotes I received.

The day of the install the tech was punctual and very professional. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The job came out better than I expected!

This company was referred to me by my brother-in-law who was impressed with the work they did for him. I gave Eli a call, spoke with him personally, and he proceeded to take down my information. After the initial conversation, I never heard from him again. Don't worry guys, you're the third electrician company in Visalia who has done this to me. Apparently electricians aren't needing work these days.

If you are looking for a great electrician you can stop here. I contacted Eli on Saturday and got an immediate response despite being out of town with his family. He was able to identify the problem caused by a sub par security installer's wiring within 30 minutes. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling him for any future electrical issues. I had an exterior outlet that was reported as not working on an inspection of our home that we were selling. Precision Electric was really fast to respond to my messages on Yelp and came out that same day! When they arrived they determined everything was working fine and some items needed to be reset on our main box that the inspector seemed to have messed up. They didn't even charge us and were so nice! Great customer service!

Our dryer outlet shorted out. After having the dryer person come out and check the dryer, we were informed that it was the outlet. I called Eli and he came out right away (on Memorial Day) he told us that the breakers were labeled incorrectly and he went ahead and flipped the outlet too while he was here (it was upside down). He did a great job, checked everything thoroughly and fixed the issue right away. We'll definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
