I requested service through their yelp and they responded within about 10 to 15 minutes. He gave me some pointers over the phone and sure enough I was able to correct the issue myself. Appreciate that he offered to do that before I had to call them out. I will definitely be using Precision in the future.

How did this place get such high reviews?? He said he'd be out immediately and then ghosted me. His phone mailbox was full.
***Follow up/ Precision did come out the next day and did a quick fix on the electrical and I was very happy. Reasonable price. BUT I didn't change my review because I also paid $1250 ten days ago, one-half of balance, to redo an electrical box. I was told it would be done quickly and then I was ghosted. No response to calls or text messages for updates last week. I was hoping to give a better review based on the one good thing that they did, but unfortunately that's not the case.

I needed a range 3 prong converted to a 4 prong for a new stove. They made time for me the next day (contacted them around 4-5 the day before) He came and did the work in less than 10 minutes. Bothe him and the owner were very professional and nice. My only complaint is that he removed too much of the wire, leaving no service loop for future needs. I didn't ask the price, but others were quoting 2-3 times as much as they ended up charging me.

Eli came out at the end of his day to help me out on an issue I was having with a receptacle. He was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He didn't charge me anything because it was a simple fix for him. He even gave me a free receptacle, gave me some wire nuts and cleaned up a job I had started on my own. I'm new to the area and I will use Precision Electric ELC for any other jobs I have. No need to call anyone else, I highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs.

Eli did an excellent job helping me out with fixing our exterior lighting and installing our ring doorbell. He was able to make it out on Monday (when I reached out Saturday) which was awesome. Eli has done several electrical jobs for me. From doorbell, fan installation, smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors, bathroom fans. He is my go-to guy for anything electrical. He's fast, efficient, reasonable prices and quality work. He is my electrician for life.
