First time we have hired Precision, but very pleased with the experience. Quick reply to an after-hours Yelp message and set up a time within a couple of days, but said maybe tomorrow. Eli made time the very next day, showed up when expected, and solved the problem for a reasonable price. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would hire him again.

We needed an electrical outlet installed for a new dishwasher. I corresponded with Eli from this company and he appeared eager to get my business and do the job. I told him the dishwasher was being delivered and installed on Sat and asked if he could complete the outlet job before this day. Eli assured me that he would have no problem completing the job by Sat. but that he was unsure which day he could come out to do the work. But he said he was certain to have it completed in time for our new dishwasher's arrival. Several more days passed and I had received no calls from him. On Thursday night I called Eli to see if he was sure he could get to the job by tomorrow and he said no problem but was still unsure of the time on Fri due to other jobs he had. So Friday came and passed and he was a no show. I received no calls from him. Very disappointed in him and it would be safe to say he is completely undependable. Terrible way to run a business.

Our Tesla was arriving months ahead of schedule and Eli was able to come out the next day and install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in our garage in order to charge our vehicle. Install looks great and the job was completed very efficiently. Everything runs great. Would highly recommend Eli's services.
