Simply outstanding!  Josh was already putting on his mask as I stepped out of my house wearing mine.  He kept it on the entire time he worked on an electrical problem (bad circuit breaker) left by the last electrician I hired.  He also installed a light where there was no power and figured out the best way to connect it, looks great.

Precision Electric's employees are professional and nice to talk with.  They were really good about reminding me of my scheduled appointment and even called to ask if they could come out earlier.  I recommend them and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION ELECTRIC ?
I just needed to post a HUGE thank you to Precision Electric. They installed our Generac generator in January and completed an awesome job. They answered all our questions because we'd never had a generator before.
A few days ago I ran into a problem when I couldn't find a breaker switch to shut power off our pantry because I wanted to add a motion sensor light switch. I called Precision Electric because no one knows our breaker box better than they do. They sent a technician, Darin over to help me locate the pantry room breaker which he found in no time at all.
I received a $0.00 invoice by email! Now that's how you take care of a previous customer. We love having a local Electrican that takes care of their community! Thank you Precision Electric.

We have used this company twice: Josh helped with three electrical issues (my office power failed; our external perimeter circuit failed, and the dimmer switch/fan in one bedroom needed replacement. Josh was polite, professional and competent. He was also a good communicator. Tim was sent to help with a generator malfunction and service. He, too, was professional, competent and a good communicator. This company has earned my total respect!

Mike and his whole team are awesome! We have used them a few times around our place. They are VERY professional - i.e. they respond promptly to a request for a bid or to look at a situation you may have. They then promptly provide an estimate for you and if you choose to proceed with whatever the job is, they keep you well informed of exactly when they will be there and how long they would expect the job to take. If they are even going to be a few minutes late arriving, you actually receive a call from them advising you of that. They complete the jobs accurately, leave no mess behind and we have never not been more than satisfied.... especially with the fact that they actually do show up when they say and keep you informed and their prices are very fair. You can't miss with these guys (and the gals in the office)!!

Wonderful Customer Service and Diligence....we had a unique situation with our septic tank and had to go back and forth with the septic company about what the actual issue was. Septic or Electric??? The team at Precision when the extra mile to contact the septic company to get their view point of the situation and Precision even came out while we were out of town to handle things so then upon our return our tank was up and running with no issues. Will defiantly hire them again for electrical issues at our home!

I love this company. They were fantastic every step of the way. I needed a RV plug installed and some minor tweaking at my breaker box and they did it without a hitch at an extremely affordable price. Ben was the electrician and he was great. They set an appointment window that started at 12, and guess what? Ben was there at 12. I was late. Sorry Ben. But he called and I explained what I needed and he got to work. Great guy and great work. I also want to thank Tammy at the office. Thanks for all your help.

So here is the deal. I now have a great electrician. I just need a great plumber and then my life will be complete.

Great work, professional staff, thorough and get the job done. We've had a couple of small projects done by them and then a big standby generator. Every time the work was done well, professionally, and to our satisfaction. The generator install was tricky and we had some particular requests which they satisfied as soon as we reiterated how important doing it that way was to us. It's nice that they're a bigger company; always answer the phone, plenty of crew to do the work. We will gladly hire them again.

Totally disappointed. I had some minor electrical and one complex issue. The complex issue sits half done for more than two weeks now. I personally had researched the issue and emailed them a video on June 12 with specs for the transformer that would work, requesting they take a look and let me know.. not a word! I called two days ago and was told I would receive a call back. No reply , either by phone, text or email. Will not be using them for either my generator or any electrical.

I had Precision Electric come out a couple weeks ago because I had messed up some wiring in my bathroom. (I found them on Yelp.)

They use a texting system of reminding you of your appointment, letting you know when they're on their way, and then arriving exactly on time- it's pretty impressive. Josh, the electrician got the job done in an hour and in the most professional and unobtrusive way.

I highly recommend Precision Electric and will use them again if I ever decide to tinker with my light fixtures again (without any experience whatsoever.) We also plan on calling Precision when we are ready to install an all-home generator system for expected PG&E outages this summer.

Tim was the best! Showed up at the house right on time. Put in the 50 amp circuit, cleaned and was down the road within 1 hour. Very polite guy who I felt was very competent. I would hire Precision Electric again without a second thought!
