I called to make an appointment to get an estimate on some electrical work at my house. It has been 5 days since I called and left a message and I still have not got a call back. Based on the previous reviews I see that this had happen to other customers. Obviously the company website is not true that customers will get a call back within 24 hours. I understand that things happen but not a call back in almost a week. Very unprofessional and terrible work ethic. Will not use this company or recommend to others.

Had a ground trip on one of my breakers and exhausted my knowledge of electrical to no solution. I called Precision - Chuck returned my call promptly (within 24 hours as he does work:)) and we set a time to come over. He was right on time, and we walked through the problem areas. Before starting work, he gave me his rates for basic troubleshooting which are very reasonable.
He found the problem in about 30 minutes, walked me through the issues and answered my questions with no hesitation. In the end he replaced one bad GFI, added a GFI where there should have been one, tested all the loads, and he was off. I appreciate the time he spent explaining the issue (time is money) - always helpful to learn more. Definitely will use again if needed.

I just recently (today was his last day of work) had him do some re-wire work to my house and he (Chuck) did absolute quality work and kept to his initial estimate. He rewired a line from my roof to garage, put it underground and fixed some issues in my attic, and put lights in my attic. everything was exactly as it should be, cleanly done and as asked. Yes, from the previous review that someone noted it did take a few days to get quote but I did get it in not too much of a long wait (in fact one year later I am waiting for a quote from a completely different electrician-one that 'sent' someone to look) He is a smaller operation than the bigger firms so it may not be same day service. I think this means he isn't sending out goofballs who don't know what they are doing and creating more problems by doing half-assed work. All I know is when it is time to do some other electrical work, Chuck is the man that I will call!!

Called for an estimate on some electrical work in a residential room that does not have grounded plugs and the overhead light shorts with use. I was told that the electrician would try to make it the day I called, between a window of time of almost 3 hours. I was ok, with that but asked for a call ahead prior to arrival. I did not get the call and was just getting out of the shower when the electrician showed up. When I explained the delay coming to the door, he seemed miffed that I was not by the door waiting to open it. After discussing the work requested I was told that I would be emailed an estimate, and wrote down the address so there would be no mistake. I have waited 4 business days, and nearly a week since the show up for the estimate, without any call or contact. I am not impressed with the customer service, in particular the lack of communication that is generally expected between paying customers and contractors.
