This review is long overdue. Had Mark come out to correct an electrical issue that our kitchen remodeling contractor had done illegally. Mark was very responsive, price was fair, and work was performed in a timely and professional manner. We are planning on consulting Mark and Precision Electric again very soon for additional work!

I think Precision Electric is perhaps overbooked and maybe that's causing problems. This review isn't consistent with his other positive reviews.

We first scheduled work for about a month out. I didn't mind because I wasn't in a rush. The day before they were supposed to come out, I called to confirm, and they didn't even have it on the schedule. Later Mark confirmed that he had the job in his records but it didn't make it to his calendar. He apologized.

We rescheduled, Jason and Josh came out and did a wonderful job. Mark admitted in a text to me ""Sorry if I sound frustrated but the workload has been extremely difficult to deal with"". Throughout, the job he complained about various issues.

At the end of the job, I had a check ready to pay him (the workers couldn't accept the check for him). Mark didn't show up with the bill. He emailed me the bill the next day and followed up with a text and voicemail further complaining about the difficulties of the job and how I should have selected one option of recessed lights rather than the second option. He went on further to say how my selection was so outdated. Very unprofessional.

I'm happy with the work and the results but not with the process of getting there.

Jason and his young assistant did great work installing four recessed lights along with a ceiling fan. There was an issue with one of the lights flickering and Mark (the owner) promptly came out and had the light replaced. Highly recommended.

This business is awesome! Our power went out. We called a competitor and got an estimate for a bunch of work we didn't need to the tune of $12,100. I was suspicious so I decided to get another estimate. I looked around and found Precision Electric on Yelp. The proprietor, Mark, and I traded voicemails late Friday. He was tired, said he was going to turn off his phone but that I was welcome to send him an email. I sent him the quote I had received. He was outraged. He responded to me well into the night. He asked me to send pics of the panels and he said things didn't look bad but he would have to take a firsthand look. He came on a Saturday--a day when his business wasn't open and when he was booked two weeks out. He found the problem within 5 minutes. A loose screw on a breaker and the switch tripped. My wife and I were ready to sign up for a financing plan to cover the 12 grand. Thank goodness for Precision Electric. Our business will go nowhere else.

There are the go-to guys for a 240V charger for your new electric vehicle. They were recommended to me by one of my friends. Mark, the owner, was able to give an estimate via email based on pictures that I sent. It was much less than other estimates I had received. Once we settled on the work and price, they were able to do the work the very next day. Jason did the work and was extremely efficient and professional. Everything looks great I am a very happy customer.

Left a message a couple weeks ago because I needed cat6 Ethernet run in my nearly 50 year old house through the attic to a couple rooms (not an easy task - I had already tried!). Mark (the owner) called me back that night, explained that it would take two guys and a couple hours to do what I needed. Mark and Jason showed up on time, delivered exactly what I needed, and cleaned up after themselves. Cost was what he had quoted me over the phone, and I'm a happy camper.
