We had all the entire 70-year-old electrical wiring in the house replaced by this company. They did a great job, were very friendly, and even sped up the work to get it done before we had a big get-together on the weekend. We were quite nervous about this work that I had postponed for so long since the work had to be done while we were living here. We feel a lot safer now with the new wiring! Thank you, Mario and team, for a big job well done!

If I could give 0 stars I would but the lowest is 1. I'm very upset that I allowed Mario, the owner of Precise Wiring System, to dupe me. I had what seemed to be possibly an electrical issue and he responded that he would come by to check it out and provide a free quote. He came and all he did was take off the plate to the wall outlet and rotate the outlet 180 degrees and put the plate back. I asked him is that really going to fix it and he assured me yes. I even asked him shouldn't you at least open the electrical panel to check it out and he said no. I was skeptical but he seemed confident that it would fix the problem and charged me for his services just to rotate a wall outlet! I asked him if it didn't fix the issue, if I could contact him and he'll come back to fix it and he said yes. I feel embarrassed that I trusted him. That night we noticed that the issue wasn't fixed and I have been trying to contact him ever since. I've called him and texted and messaged through Yelp and no real responses. He has my money and has now ghosted me. I'm not sure how he has so many 5 star reviews whether they are real or fake or paid reviews but please make sure he does what he promises before you pay him or else you may fall prey to his shady business. BEWARE!

I'll gladly update this review if and when the owner, Mario, responds and rights the situation.

Thank you Mario! I called on a Monday for help with my washing machine outlet/ breaker/ unknown electrical problem that had left me plugging my machine into an extension cord for the last three years (I should have called sooner lol)... and he came and fixed everything on Wednesday! Appreciate the prompt call back, friendly attitude, and reasonable price. Thanks again!

Like some of the other reviewers have mentioned, these guys are outstanding! I contacted Mario who was very responsive and he had Fidel come out the same day I needed some urgent electrical work done that I didn't have time or skills to do myself (or really wanted to). When he arrived at our house he was very friendly and eager to get started. He does not mess around! He jumped right in to the job and finished it safely, neatly and efficiently! And on top of that their pricing was more than competitive! Like no one else was even close. Color me impressed! I feel this was money well spent and will not hesitate at all to call them again in the future for any of my electrical needs.

experienced Mario and Radley did good work at a reasonable Price. I thought my two fans were dead but Mario and Radley repaired the wall controls and saved me a lot of money and time.

While our dining room outlets lost power, the remaining outlets were okay. I requested for a quote from three different electricians and only Mario responded. Though he was not able to come by that day, his co worker came by and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes! The service was great and the cost was very minimal. I will definitely call them in the future. He is my ""go-to-guy"" for all my electrical. Thank you Mario

Found Mario and Precise Wiring System on my second romp through Yelp-land in search of an electrical contractor. First company put me off for a week, then made up excuses on why they stood me up for our first meeting, then referred me to ""one of my workers"" who put me off for almost 2-weeks. I had had enough and Yelped for a new company - that's when I found Precise Wiring System. I emailed Mario on Friday night and he responded Saturday morning. Send out Fidel for a Monday look-see and badabing, replaced by 40amp for a 50amp, and then reworked my 220v outlet. So super duper awesome to have my oven working again.

Precision Wiring System has found a loyal customer today! Mario is amazing and I can't express enough how much I appreciate him and his team's excellent service. I have called upon these guys twice, once to repair a kitchen light and once to repair an outside outlet, and each was fixed quickly within the day. The process is stress-free. Requesting a quote on Yelp, resulted in a response from the company within a couple of hours. The conversation was easy between myself and Mario in explaining what my outage situations were, even with his schedule and what part of the island he may be, he makes every effort to be at your location quickly. These prices are extremely fair with the peace of mind of knowing that it was done right and by a certified professional. I will definitely be recommending Precision Wiring Systems to my friends and family.

We had Precise Wiring relocate and upgrade our electrical meter for our home, and they did a great job! The guys at Precise Wiring are very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, which our whole family really appreciated. They worked with HECO very well to move the meter, even though HECO was having trouble accessing our site. When I needed to contact Precise Wiring, they were very responsive. They often came to our home with short notice. They went beyond what they were hired to do, and we really appreciated their hard work, fair prices, and support.
